Absolutely love these products!
Absolutely love these products, just wish they had all of them in stock as I really want more body butter and I would love a refill option for the soaps as everyone loves them so much, we go through them. I always have the hand creams in my bag, in the car, on my bedside table, everywhere, they work a treat and smell so nice!

Not the best first experience
My order turned up quickly enough, though unannounced (there was no tracking information provided). However one of my items was missing, there was no package slip in the box (though not totally unusual these days)and I waited an age for Customer Service to reply about the missing part of my order - when I was asked to provide information from the aforementioned missing package slip! Customer Service, when they did respond have been polite enough but still waiting for the replacement item. As I said in the title, not the best introduction to this retailer.

The lid did not want to come off
I bought a tub of this talc a couple of years ago and loved it so much that when it ran out I bought another one. However - I could not get the lid off it!! I strained my hand trying, and then had to resort to scissors and a stanley knife to remove the circular top and then a pair of pliers to get the rim off. Luckily I'd still got the old tub and can use the lid from that on the new one. That's the first time I've ever had to use tools to get into talc! The product itself is lovely but I've marked it down due to being so hard to open.

This powder literally did nothing other than create a paste a few hours later.
This powder literally did nothing. I was hoping for a replacement for Johnson’s with the hot weather to help me feel dryer and fresher, instead the product created a paste. Would not buy again and would not recommend.

Quality over quantity for an excellent experience
I bought the body powder and body butter.
The powder is a great alternative to talc. Fantastic fragrances and the powder really does leave your skin feeling silky smooth. All packaged in beautiful boxes or glass bottles for easy recycling or if you're feeling creative I'm sure they can be repurposed. They may appear more costly at first but they last a long time as you use 'a light' amount.

Difficult to get powder out of the glass bottle even when tappinh it and storing it upside down so probably wouldnt buy again which is a shame as so lovely.
Ive read that the dusting powder is difficult too. If design changes I would def buy again when required

Non Greasy
I came across Bettyhula by accident when my husband was delivering to a shop in Harrogate and bought me some Champagne and Spice hand cream. I instantly fell in love with the brand! The smell is absolutely beautiful. When you apply the cream to your hands, it doesn’t leave your palms greasy.
Plus I have found that I am actually sleeping better if I use it at night. Coincidence? Maybe, but it works for me 😀
