Convenient, fast, friendly and knowledgeable.

I went to the wrong site and by the time I reached the correct location I was quite late for my appointment. The receptionist told me that they were already running late and it would be difficult to give me the covid-19 test that day. I explained that a hospice worker who attends my sister and her husband had been found positive for covid-19 and we were anxious to make sure that she had not inadvertantly compromised the household. The receptionist was very understanding and made it possible for me to be tested that evening. (The good news was that I tested negative!)

I didn't have to wait too long to see the doctor and the doctor knew what the problem was right away and I'm better now. Thank you

This was the easiest, fasted and jut best all around appointment I have ever made. Easy to book online. They were timely getting me in a room with nurse and the doctor was fast following up as well. No real wait time at any point. The were so nice and professional. I can go other places for free but honestly going here in the future is worth the co-pay. I went because my normal minute clinic I visit was temporarily closed.

I went in because I had flu symptoms. Headache, chills, and body aches. They brought me in and immediately tested me for COVID 19. Service was professional. Staff was friendly. Doctor was very thorough and was not in a hurry. Great place if you need concerned attention.

Went in for a Covid test. The nurse was great as well as the PA. Everything was done very efficiently.

Simon is an outstanding practitioner. He listened carefully to the description of symptoms, responded with concern and compassion, thoroughly assessed my area of concern, ordered the appropriate tests, immediately treated suspected conditions, and followed up with results.

Needed a Rapid Test for Covid. Negative: having to sign up starting at midnight just to get an appointment that day. Not their fault due to demand.. Positives: On- time, friendly staff, quick visit, empathetic PA.

Staff is very friendly. The NPs & other staff very knowledgeable and friendly as well. Have been to BM twice & both were great experiences. Both locations I felt very comfortable & the wait time was very short.

While my experience with the doctor was great, I was left in an exam room solo for at least 45 minutes, which I find unacceptable.
