Better Lending was fantastic in getting my house refi done in a very short period of time. They even sent a notary to my hospital room to sign all the final documents. Jeffrey Kormanik was over the top with his customer service. Answered any and all questions very quickly and if I called and got his voicemail he called back within 5 minutes. Never had to wait for anything. If there was any issues that arose he was on them before even letting me know. Just excellent overall customer service by Jeffery. I would highly recommend Better Lending for all your home loan needs.

We had the best agent Veronika Thruston. She was more helpful and efficient than any other loan place we checked. She stayed with her original numbers through the whole process.

I would like to thank Brian P. for the outstanding job he did to refinance my home. He was always available for calls and made it easy to sign my documents and maneuver through the online paperwork needed to procure the loan.

I'm an 82 year-old widow, and while trying to refinance my home, met Bertram Lebhar thru Better Lending.

This man has been so kind, patient, understanding, and, especially empathetic to me - taking the time to explain things to me over & over again - until I genuinely understood everything as if I had worked in finance my whole life.

I'm not talking only about the loan's financials. I'm talking my credit score, the credit scoring algorhythm, why my score is what it is, what I can do to improve it & how I'll benefit. I'm talking where to find the mountain of needed documents or how to get them online. He even dedicated a Saturday night to review my personal budget to help me understand why I was in the position of needing to refinance in the first place, then helped me create a new budget so I don't need his services again in the future. I mean REALLY! What loan officer does that? - I'll tell you one who does ... Bertram Lebhar!

Applied for a VA cash out refinance through this company. They will always changes every time you thought that you finish the process they asked for something else as a veteran I would urge all veterans to stay away from this company. They run the company like a if you were buying a car And you would talk to one person one person and they always changes it around like a Mickey Mouse organization veterans beware
