First, I have to say that the shoes themselves are top notch. My wife loved them so much, that we immediately ordered a second pair. I am not exaggerating when my wife said they were life changing for her. However, the reason why I would give this company beyond five stars is their customer service. Through no fault of their own, we had problems with the second pair ordered. Betterfelt went above and beyond to work with me to resolve the issue. I've been in the customer service industry for over 25 years, and I will be using this experience as a training example for my future employees.

These are the most amazing slippers!

After much research about sustainable shoe companies, I decided to order a pair of Betterfelt slippers for my husband as a Christmas gift. I like that they use sustainable wool and are a certified fair trade company. On top of how great they are as a business, these slippers are fantastic. My husband instantly fell in love and after a few days, he finally let them go for a few minutes so I could try them on. While trying his on, I immediately ordered myself a pair.

They're soft, comfortable, and keep my feet warm without making my feet sweat (a rarity with slippers). I'll be ordering my parents and sister some for next Christmas so everyone can enjoy these perfect slippers!

My experience was incredibly positive.

I measured before ordering, but upon arrival they didn’t fit. (Pro tip: order one size larger, two sizes if you plan to wear with socks.) They were incredibly responsive, and sent me two replacement pairs to make sure they fit. I’m so glad they did, because the larger size fits perfectly! That part was great, but I like the slippers even more. They’re warm, great soles, and with simple, classic aesthetic.

I hope the slippers last a long time, but regardless, I know where my next pair is coming from!

These felt slippers are the most comfortable things I have ever had on my feet! They were ordered late on the 12th and shipped on the 13th. The felt is quite thick, the craftswomanship is the best. We keep our house on the cool side with hardwood floors and my feet have never been warmer. If you've never tried felt, you should!

Great customer service and warm shoes. The boots are not the softest but they are plenty comfortable and super warm. I like how they cover up your ankles and are still easy to put on and take off.

We love the betterfelt shoes - so much that everyone in the family has one now! I have had mine for over 1 year now and also got them for my wife and parents. highly recommend for indoor usage. Additional bonus features: barefoot feeling and zero heel to toe drop and a wide toe box.

My feet are toasty warm! I was worried that the soles might be a little slippery but haven't had that problem at all. Leaving a review specifically to note that customer service was TOP NOTCH. My order got associated with a different tracking number for shipping, and the snafu was resolved before I even noticed the issue!

This is my 3rd pair of Betterfelt slippers. They are warm and cozy. Fit true to size. This pair was a little snug the first day but after that have felt like perfect fit.
