Product received as described, order updates could be better
Website was easy to use and online order process was smooth.
Not much communication after ordering, other than receiving order confirmation which said I should recieve my mattress in 3-5 working days.
On 5th working day having not heard anything (other than about 3 template emails asking me to leave a review!) I used their online Web form to enquire about the status and received a prompt reply with an update and tracking number, item was being shipped direct from manufacturer.
Rolled mattress came a day later, vacumn packed via xdp courier. The corner of the cardboard mattress box was soaked with something but luckily the mattress was sealed with plastic.
Unrolled to find the mattress was as described and was a good price.
Would use again probably.
1 star deducted for the premature emails asking for reviews when I hadn't even recieved the product or any updates after order confirmation until I contacted them.

Total nightmare
The company might be good but their delivery company is a total nightmare! DX delivery gives you all day slot, no details when they will approximately turn up. I stayed all day at home, nobody turned up. I send two emails, no response. So far I didn't manage track my mattress. P. S: don't even try to phone.

The delivery was prompt and easy
The delivery was prompt and easy, the gents being willing to carry everything up several flights of stairs. Really helpful and good communication.
The bed itself had a few small dents on two of the panels. Nothing worth sending it back over, but nothing we could have noticed before accepting delivery. Probably will be minor and not too noticeable when fully assembled.

Ordered on Tuesday recieved Thursday. Put bed together today and the instructions were so easy to follow and had no trouble at all. Very sturdy frame. Can not tell you what it is like to sleep on yet as I ordered mattress from somewhere else and this does not arrive till next week

Delivery was prompt and friendly
Delivery was prompt and friendly. I approached making this bed with some trepidation as I don't usually like making flat pack furniture. But this bed went together really well, the instructions were brilliant (with exception of the orientation of the 2 end drawer rails). Only area were you need 2 people (if you cannot use books or blocks) is to help support the 2 cross rails when fixing to the bedhead and footboards. Otherwise give yourself around 2 hours to build this and just read the instructions carefully to make sure you have the pieces the right way round.

This is the 3rd mattress I'v bought from Lee. They are the aloe vera bedmaster and the best night sleep in years.
Lee spent quite a while on the phone making sure he got the right one for my needs...amazing service!

Good service and quality of product
Good service and quality of product. Received a call to confirm delivery slot almost immediately after placing the order. It's nice that they (Lee) promptly responded to questions I texted while waiting for the bed. The order was delivered 4 days after placing order. I was offered delivery to chosen room in the house.

I was moving into my new home and was let down by a very well known mattress company. I enquired at Better Beds in Lewisham, South London who were really helpful. I chose a 4'6" that was in stock and a 4' that wasn't and, miraculously, both were delivered 2 days later. I was so grateful for the kindness of the staff who pulled out all the stops to help me move into my new home.
