I have been a Betify (betify7.co) user. On June 13, 2026, I stopped playing with a real balance of €27,167.93 in my account. When I returned to the platform shortly after, my entire balance had disappeared without any explanation.
The most concerning part: there is no transaction record whatsoever showing how this balance was lost. I have documented this extensively with screenshots and screen recordings, proving the in-app history ends abruptly at 19:51 with no subsequent transactions, despite the platform having no technical limitation in displaying full history (1,204 results shown when filtering by week vs 496 when filtering by day).
I contacted Betify support, who escalated my case to their fraud department. Their response, sent in French despite all my communications being in Portuguese and English, simply claimed the funds were "played and lost" without providing any evidence — no logs, no IPs, no session data.
I formally requested a complete, exportable transaction history (Excel/CSV) twice. Both times, Betify's support team responded with the same generic message, redirecting me to the exact same in-app page I had already shown them lacks any record of the disputed period.
I escalated to Casino Guru for mediation. After reviewing my evidence, they denied my case, stating that screenshots and recordings are not sufficient proof, and that they can only request internal records from the casino "when there is clear supporting evidence indicating a discrepancy" — despite the fact that the discrepancy IS the missing data itself, which I cannot obtain because Betify refuses to provide it.
I also filed a formal complaint with the Curaçao Gaming Control Board, as Betify has shown no willingness to cooperate or provide basic account documentation.
This experience has left me deeply concerned, both about Betify's practices and about the limitations of player protection mechanisms when a casino simply refuses to be transparent.
I do not recommend this platform.
