Undvik! De betalar inte ut om man gör uttag. Kräver in massa dokument och kundservice bara ljuger och hittar på saker. Fick mejl också att de vill boka ett tid om samtal. Jag svarade och skickade tid när de kan ringa. Får tillbaka svar att de kommer ringa och att konto blir verifierad i samband med samtalet. Vad händer? Jo, de ringer inte. De själva ville boka tid om ansvarsfull spelande och så ringer de inte. De bryr sig om sina spelare när man vill ta ut pengar bara.

Har väldig dålig kundservice och kan säga omöjligt att ta uttag !

This is a TOTAL scam site. They REFUSE to pay out winnings. They claim they have issues with withdraw. I won alot, and they took it. Never saw the money. Customer service doesnt care, they answer wage and dont fix the "problem". PLEASE stay away at all costs. THe site should be reported and shut down imidietly!

Just won 3000$ and they ’confiscated’ the win.
Explication was that i was beting to much.
How can such scamers make advertising and operate on internet?

I have been waiting since October 4 to make a withdrawal of €120. They claim they are having issues withdrawing to MasterCard, give no warning of this and continue to allow you to deposit to them.

I provided a requested bank statement and they will not send me my funds.

Avoid at all costs.

The most terrible customer experience I've ever experienced. Waiting for 6 months now to withdraw money and they are always delaying the process. I personally think it's a big SCAM and they are doing that with all customers.

FYI…. They have just been taken over by a new owner and they have gone from bad to terrible and just lie to extremes in order to avoid payments.

Watch out cancels bonuses without explanation. And of course when you are losing so you cant win back the money.

Como ocurre habitualmente en las casas de apuestas online es imposible retirar tu dinero.
Se hacen los locos aquí y dicen que la documentación de la tarjeta y de la cuenta bancaria no les llega. Cuando estoy autentificada y verificada mediante trustly que permite reiteradas inmediatas. Y autentifica a la persona este sistema.
Y eso que son 50 euros.
Si no recuperáis vuestro dinero en esta casa de apuestas hacer contracargos en visa y mastercard por fraude.
Tengo todas las pruebas.
La DGOJ debería quitarles la licencia. Voy a cursar la demanda.

So I've been reading into some of these sportsbook reviews after being duped by Curucao based 20bet (literally a Russian scam) and decided to check out the reviews for Bethard since they've been the main one I use over the past year. I didn't receive any welcome bonus so can't comment on that, but in fairness my experience has been pretty positive in contrast to a lot of reviews on here. I seem to remember getting verified was a bit of a ball ache at first, but since then I've honestly never had a problem in about a year. The withdrawals are never questioned since the first one, and reach by online bank (N26) within 48 hours which I reckon is pretty decent. I've always found the live chat to be ok the few times I needed it. So what I'm saying is that this company definitely isn't a scam in my book, although I would go through the process of verifying all your documents before you deposit after reading some of the other reviews.

I would rate negatively if I could. Probably the worst website I've had experiences with. Customer service have no knowledge and are unhelpful. Customer service distract you in games even though these games are time sensitive. Games continue no matter what and they won't stop, even if you have an important query. They are extremely insensitive to your needs. -5/10. They allow withdrawals of money is the only positive. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.

They will take your money instantly qnd make some bs excuse to keep it for a week before they send it back to you every second deposit. Terrible customer service. Use ANY casino but them they are by far the worst I've seen . Be ready to be ripped off.
