So Iam part of Bethall's VIP program, first things is That Cashback basically is nonexistant, for lost 600 euros in a cashback timeframe week I got back 10euros, then i got email from my VIP manager Elijah few days ago who just introduced himself, then i asked him question about the cashback i received and also he offered some bonus, but after my questions he just dissapeared, i wrote anothe email to him, but i NEVER have gotten a reply back, there you have VIP experience on Bethall, nonexistant! Also the withdrawals take forever, at first they took week or more, after contacting my the guys whose aff iam under they dealt that i could get withdrawal quicker, but still the casino just isnt worth it as support is nonexistant with bno reply to their ,,VIP''.
