For the past two weeks, I’ve been trying to reserve two rooms with Best Western using my rewards membership. I’ve been a loyal customer, and what should have been a smooth process turned into a nightmare of chaos, disrespect, and outright incompetence.
I was initially told I couldn’t use my points—but no one could explain why.
When attempting to reset my password, one agent said the system was down (affecting many customers), only for a supervisor to later claim no system issues existed. So… which is it?
This morning I asked for a supervisor and was told my issue “didn't warrant” one—what? That’s unacceptable.
After hanging up and calling back, another agent refused to transfer me because I didn’t have my rewards number. Suddenly that was “required”—even though it wasn’t before.
This back-and-forth runaround is ridiculous. The rudeness and dismissiveness from both agents and supervisors crossed a line. As a rewards member and paying customer, I expected professional, respectful service—not a confusing maze with zero accountability.
I will never book with Best Western again, and I plan to share this review across every platform where their hotels are listed—because loyalty should mean something, and this experience spoke volumes about how little it does.
Do better, Best Western.
This site/company claims you can make a bunch of money fast if you do a certain amount of tasks per day. So I tried it. Did one task and was told it would cost me 30 dollars to get paid for it. The pay was only 40 dollars to start with. Then the second task was 50 dollars to get 70. The third task was you had to go to Best Western site and login in. Book a room. And pay a minimum of 90 dollars for it. Then you'd be reimbursed the money you just paid plus 20 dollars.
The whole thing is a scam. Do not do this. You will.regret it and have to spend a whole day to get nothing. Don't waste your time with this company
This is another task based scam ... which gradually asks you to give them more and more money. Stay away from them!
