Breath of fresh air!!
After having a number of estate agents out for valuations you quickly tire of the sales patter, wild promises & high fees. When one of them told me that more than 90% of their enquiries came from Rightmove & Zoopla I was confident I could do it myself.
With Be Street Smart I dealt with Dan Harvey. No pushy sell, a decent product, he sorted my pics/layout in one visit and I paid a single fee that was more than 7 times less than I'd been quoted by the other agents I met.
One thing I really like is receiving my weekly report - feeding me data from Rightmove, detailing searches, click through rates and appointments set so that I can understand how my property is performing.
It's easy, saved me a fortune and best of all means I don't have to deal with estate agents!

An excellent alternative to an estate agaent
I found it to be a really good, friendly service. I more than doubled the number of viewings I was getting through my estate agent and by advertising through Gumtree. I ended up finding my current tenants through a friend in the end but they would be my first point of call in the future.
