I open an account in February

I open an account in February, call them numerous times and they send me a wrong device wich I have to pay to sender back and after all it’s been a month and they still didn’t send me a new device, the device wasn’t activated whatsoever and still after I closed the account I will get my money back after 3 months. Customer service sucks, and I will make sure to tell everyone not to use their service

Beware!

Beware! You will never get your money back from Bestpass. I deposited $300 with them in good faith and the hoops that you go through after closing account is ridiculous! You have to sign up with a company call Bill and submit an invoice requesting your refund. You are then told 90 days to ever see a refund. Horrible company! They can quickly take your money but good luck ever getting your money back!

Best All-In-One Tolls Solution

Overall, I believe BestPass is the best "all-in-one" tolls solutions for companies and carriers that travel nationwide. The account managers we have worked with have been kind and friendly. I think the company has good initiatives, but I would like to see improvements in reporting capabilities.

Listen to this, oh your account was charged $220 instead of $20 but we are trying to resolve it and can't promise estimated time frame. This is one of many transaction I found as we are auditing all the charges currently.

I don't know how this company still exist

I don't know how this company working. They have 3 employees in the office and every time if I call - people are either "On lunch" or "In the meeting". When requesting call back lady politely collects all the info but then no one calls you back. Ever. That is a worst customer service you can get. James! I'm still waiting for a phone call.

Very important to read before you sign up

I dont know what happened to a review i wrote before, it was deleted by some one but i think this may be important things yo know about this company before you sign up. They will steal from you, they will close your account, they will never answer your call or email, their customer service just does not exist. They owe us $21,000+ and wont even try to resolve it. Beware!

Be very careful with these crooks

Be very careful with these crooks, they will charge you for a tolls that you never passed, and then blame someone at your company that it is your fault because someone stole a device and used it on your account! They owe us $7,000 and won't even respond to emails or phone calls!!!

The website and dashboard work 1/2 the…

The website and dashboard work 1/2 the time. I use it both chrome and edge and it is hit or miss. Specifically the routing tool. The routing tool is a great feature and I try to use it daily but most of the time it does not work.

When I called customer service, your representative was informative, helpful and completely AWESOME. She solved our problem and emailed me immediately as promised. Claunise is a total keeper!!

LOVE the Toll Calculator!!

I LOVE the Toll calculation feature on the BestPass website. Because you can put in all your vehicle info, you can get an ACCURATE calculation of the amount you will actually pay on your choice of routes available!! I do wish it would store your vehicle information so that you wouldn't have to reenter it each time, but that is a minor inconvenience compared to the amazing convenience of the tool!! Plus, you can't beat the savings, with BestPass!! They really take the headache out of tolling, like no other option I've found, so far!!
