What a nightmare. I had to wait 10 days to finally get my money back via Ebay/Paypal. I checked Royal Mail consignment checker daily & every day it stated they were expecting it from this woman the seller but they never received it. She was most unhelpful & I really needed the ink cartridges to be able to print. I should have read Trust Pilot low score before placing my order. My advice if you need cartridges in a hurry buy elsewhere. So many complaints about her.

Advertised a mouse with battery. Parcel arrived, had been opened and re-sealed with selotape - no battery.
Contacted company who told me to use my own battery and then they changed their advert! Very poor attitude towards customer service.

SCAMMERS! They sent me a 10% discount voucher on Ebay. Tried to apply it upon check out and, even though what I ordered was legible for the discount, it was not valid.
Proceeded to check out as I needed the ink as soon as possible. Contacted them afterwards and Shirley was very rude and not apologetic. Did not do anything and has not refunded the 10% of the voucher. This woman is rude and uneducated. Customer care service is not her place. Don't even know what customer care is! This company obviously sends out fake offers to attract customers. STAY AWAY!!! Woman, find yourself a more suitable job for a rude person like you.

Purchased a printer from this outfit. It regularly jammed with paper. Tried to persist and check settings etc. In the end just got fed up with it and contacted the company. Admittedly, I was out of the return period BUT by just 2 days, and they were not interested. Didn't even offer any help advice and quite frankly they almost said "tough luck". DO NOT BUY OFF THIS SCAM COMPANY. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!

Bought a cartridge from this company installed it November 23 , got 3 copies from it then stopped working contacted company asked for me to return it for testing and What a Suprise they say it’s empty so no refund or replace will be offered . Worst company I have ever dealt with they have NO customer care whatsoever don’t deserve to be in business. What an Absolute Ripoff.

got remanufactured ink cartridges for £27.95 from best office supplies on the 29th March 2023 my printer has just run out of inks on the 13th August 2023 their inks lasted four months and two weeks.
I last got inks from printer basics for £22.39 on 10-3-20 which ran out on 22-3-23 a total of 3 years and 12 days. I observe it is £42.99 from the cartridge people £44.30 from stinky ink.com £47.49 from canon £27 from wilko £32.49 from ink n toner UK I guess it is a case of buy cheap buy dear

My first order from this company was for remanufactured cartridges. Of the two, one was empty. After jumping through lots of hoops trying to find out how to complain, I eventually was directed to their premises in Lancashire. They reported that it was empty, so they could not refund. Implication was I had used it! No further responses were received.
DO NOT USE THIS RIP-OFF COMPANY I say!
