The ordering process was simple, but I accidently ordered 2 sets of springs instead of just one. I called Orlando and spoke with Danny who directed me to your local (Baltimore) facility where Darien processed my request to return one set of springs. Both representatives were very polite and helpful. A pleasure doing business with you folks
Customer service was super helpful in finding the right parts. Items shipped next day!
This company has well-trained and informed service representative and excellent product selection and great prices. And they wanted a few companies that stand behind what they sell 100%.
Very good service overall. The website was easy to navigate and the part arrived exactly as described. I only wish the shipping updates were a little more detailed.
