Not travelling with them again. They blames us qe are taking time because which unable to cover places in a single day trip however, he makes us all wait 40 mins so the people from other bus can join. Drop off time should be 11:30 and estimated drop off time has been changed to 1:30. Breakfast stop was good and clean in the morning. For lunch and dinner they stop at very bad and unhygenic places which ruins your holiday mood and gives a chance of food poisioning. Selling expired soft drink, paneer which is harder than rubber. Tasteleed food with fake products, mustard seeds in butter that tasted like water. I'd rather travel on my own and not gonna recommend it.

These people will hire worst service providers mainly Indian tours and travels u will be packed in a bus like cattle in van. Half the itinerary will be skipped. No fixed seats i have booked 6 seats for Mysore ooty and conoor suffed a lot. Fully unprofessional don’t believe these guys

Late, AC problems. Ourbus is much better than bestbus.

It was late leaving. Please know they stop for 15 minutes on the turnpike at a rest stop to change drivers after 2 hours and a quarter.

The chargers in the bus don't work - for anyone.

If you're on the regular bus, and you. We'd to do work on your laptop, know that there is no tray table and worse, if the person in front of you puts their seat back/down as they have the right to do, you will only be able to open your laptopid 25% making it almost impossible to work . It's my first time on this bus and it will be my last. It's impossible to work.

The bus was supposed to arrive at 8 am sharp, but it arrived one hour late, they rushed us saying that its already late, as if its our fault, the seating is wrong, its not comfortable to sit in. Then for breakfast, they stopped at a small hotel where it was crowded and urged the passengers to finish their breakfast quickly at that much crowded place, all the passengers have eaten now but the driver and the tour guide still haven't returned, its been about 15 minutes. So far our experience here is very disappointing

This is the worst travel ever. We took one day trip for mysore. The guide is also worst and he behaves to worst. There is no safety for girls. If you are traveling (specially only girls please don't take risk. At night 1:30 he will drop at middle of the road. And he argued as we won't drop you at your point, even though the pickup point is at same place. Please don't waste your money with this traveller's. Special advice to girls. Be careful.

Guide provided are not good, we had an extremely bad experience for it. Go to bangalore city tour bus if you have absolutely nothing to do. Not recommended at all

We have chooses for one day hyderbad city tour and there were many delays and we missed some attractions. We were not having proper responses from the guide and it was a horrible experience.

Recently went on a day's trip from Bangalore to Mysore. The package almost covered the entire specified itinerary promptly. Guide service was good and informative

I travel to NYC by Amtrak quite often and decided to try BestBus prime Sunday . It was easy, cheaper , and very comfortable and did not experience all the delays I have had with Amtrak recently . Our driver Ali Inshan was very good and very courteous. I will definitely use Prime again

Worst bus 424 every day 4Buses get canceled and after that one bus comes @ 9:17Pm he says it's our officers issue they are not allowing take bus for trip so we use to wait In goregoan depo so worst officer in goregoan depo which the conductor says officer issue that's why busses are not on time busses are their in depo but the officer don't allow for trip so passenger are suffering so please take immediate action on that officer.

Booked for Bangalore to Mysore trip. SMS sent for boarding point is at Marathahalli next to Kalyani Jewellers. We kept calling driver every 2 mins. Irresponsible driver ignored us and left. He asked us to come to Majestic which is 25 kms from our boarding point. Please do not choose such type of nasty drivers. Driver should call us or inform us when calling. We keep called every minute.....giving 1 star as no negative stars to give.

One day trip to Mysore sightseeing was memorable pick and drop was good only the arrival in Bangalore was late by 15 minutes other things were covered as mentioned in the itenery

Best Bus's customer service has been extremely disappointing. Despite my tour package only including three seats, they failed to address my queries adequately. When I requested the cancellation of my tour package, they insisted I connect with the operator, yet the cancellation was not processed. To make matters worse, when I took matters into my own hands and canceled from my end, they still charged me Rs 2000. This level of service is unacceptable.

Enjoyed the trip , The bus was clean the driver was good . especially the guide in mysore bus was so knowledgeable, Overall we felt the trip was worth every penny spent on it . the Bestbus package was very good for mysore ooty , Looking forward to travel again

We have booked tickets for Bangalore to Mysore to Ooty.. All the services were very bad. They have charged a lot but provided very bad hotel to stay at Mysore.. In hotel Bombay Tiffany's, the room was not standard.. Guide was very unprofessional.. no one was picking call.. bus was very late to pick from the hotel.. the journey was a very bad experience.. Book the tickets in reputed buses and travels..

On 1.12.23 I have taken one package Bangalore to Mysore. The travel was terrible, due to very bad condition of bus.
I had to take medical care after the trip. I wonder why the operator use such outdated buses for the one day travel.

It was a Memorising trip. I was totally satisfied with the sightseeing and activities lined up for all the days. The itinerary was perfect for us and the cost was reasonable as well.
