I viewed this internet security online I thought it would be OK for me to use as it said in the advert unfortunately not the case the password given to me by yourselves didn't allow me access to download after numerous emails was told vendor would be in touch that didn't happen asked for refund of which was sent back to me so not a pleasant experience not confident in trying you again

I still have no active antivirus, after purchasing this product the activation code says already activate and I have no cover for my software. I have tried to contact the company but no reply. I believe this to be a scam.

Annoyed someone
I’m absolutely disappointed that I’ve been trying to get my refund which I have an email promising me that I will get it since July and still now I’ve not received this - it’s disgraceful that such a big well established company can do this I will never trust them again and I will be taking this further times are hard these days and poor me I can do with every penny I have it’s just not fair that companies like McAfee should be allowed to take peoples money very annoyed customer😡👎🏼

I have told the manager helped your refund. So the refund process should be processed in 7-14 days depending on your banking. You have break our refund policy and written bad thing here. I thought you will get full refund as soon as possible. Please change this review after your get the money
