We recently had shutters installed in our kitchen by Bespoke Window Furnishings and we are absolutely delighted with the result.

From the very first sales and fitting appointment, the experience stood out. The gentleman we dealt with took the time to really understand our requirements, offered thoughtful advice, and never felt pushy or overly sales-focused – which we really appreciated.

Communication throughout was excellent. We were kept well informed about progress and delivery timings, and the shutters arrived exactly in line with the original time estimate, which is increasingly rare these days.

The installation itself was completed to a very high standard and met (if not exceeded) our expectations. On top of that, the installer was professional, friendly, and a genuinely nice chap to deal with – the kind of person you’re very happy to have working in your home.

We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Bespoke Window Furnishings and would be very happy to work with them again on future projects.

Chris and Dave fitted our new hardwood shutters in Thundersley a couple of weeks ago, and we are delighted with both the quality of the product, the price and the installation. Alan fitted our blinds a couple of years ago and they recently stopped working-entirely our fault and nothing to do with the quality of the blinds. They were also out of warranty, but Alan still came out promptly and fixed the issue, charging only a very nominal amount. He is incredibly friendly, professional and his workmanship is to an extremely high standard. We cannot recommend Alan highly enough.

Alan did a fantastic job installing our shutters. From the start, he was clear and transparent about timings, and the installation was completed to a brilliant standard - which lots of our family and friends love!

What really stood out was his commitment to customer service. A year after the installation, we had a freak accident that damaged the shutters. Alan came back straight away, as friendly and helpful as ever, and fixed the issue without any fuss.
It’s rare to find someone who not only delivers great work but also genuinely cares about aftercare. We’d highly recommend Alan to anyone looking for quality shutters and outstanding service!

I had other quotes for shutters, but I felt that Alan from Bespoke Window Furnishings was honest and professional. He explained his products well and he gave me excellent advice. He was also very competitively priced and there was no pressure selling, or any false marketing gimmicks. I would highly recommend.

I recently used Bespoke Window Furnishings after seeing their fantastic social media adverts and five-star Google reviews, and I’m so glad I did.

I emailed them to request a visit for measuring and to talk through the options, and they replied immediately. One of their main fitters, Lee, came out and explained the whole process clearly. He talked us through every type of shutter they offer, the different materials, and the delivery times for each. He then measured every window and door in the house that we wanted doing.

We chose our shutters from their huge range, placed the order, and before we knew it they had arrived — the lead time was impressively quick. Lee returned to fit everything himself, and he did an absolutely outstanding job. His workmanship is honestly second to none, and I say that as someone who professionally snags houses every day.

He completed every window in our home, including bay windows and French doors, and nothing was too much trouble. We’re absolutely delighted with the result — the shutters look fantastic and the quality of the fitting is exceptional.

Lee was extremely careful while unpacking, assembling, and installing the shutters. He avoided any damage to walls or reveals, made no mess whatsoever, and left everything spotless — you wouldn’t even have known he’d been.

We genuinely don’t know how we’ve lived so long without shutters. They’re brilliant: they give you privacy, add a great feature to the house inside and out, let in as much light as you want by adjusting the angles, fold back completely like a bifold door, and can even act as blackout blinds when needed.

We are currently painting and decorating so will add photos when the painters have finished
