I first appointed a conveyancer close to where i live and sacked them because of their lack of communication. Bespoke are 100's of miles from me, and i am so glad i appointed this company. I was allocated Sophie Whitby and Rosie Illes, to complete my house purchase. OMG, these two ladies are amazing. Communication was excellent and they both kept me updated, and i didnt even request it. If i sold and bought house's on a daily basis, i would want to have these two ladies assisting every day of the week and twice on sunday's. Their due dilligence and professionalism is 100%. Amazing, Amazing, Amazing. I cannot thank them enough

We changed conveyancers after complications arose between our original solicitor and our mortgage provider, and moving to Bespoke Law was absolutely the right decision. The difference between our previous solicitor and Bespoke was stark. Although Bespoke were more expensive, the quality of service made the additional cost entirely worthwhile.

They were exceptionally thorough, prompt in their replies, and clear in their advice and recommendations. Joe and Samantha went above and beyond on several occasions—even working late before the Christmas break to ensure our case stayed on track. We were purchasing a listed building with complex land arrangements, and Joe was meticulous in raising queries to identify any potential issues that could cause problems in the future.

Our previous solicitor was rarely available, and most communication went through paralegals. With Bespoke, we felt we had the full attention of an actual solicitor. Most responses came directly from Joe, which gave us a great deal of reassurance. Emails and phone calls were answered immediately or within very short timescales.

I cannot recommend Bespoke Law more highly. There are a lot of conveyancing firms offering low prices, we learnt the hard way that cheap price means cheap service.

Lois and Claudia have excellent service in the sale of our second home. Their charge was approximately a quarter of that quoted by a local law firm where I live in Wiltshire. I would recommend them to anyone and would definitely use them again should I have the need.

From start to finish the whole process was seamless. Everybody I made contact with was so helpful. I was kept informed throughout and never had to chase for a reply. The total cost of my conveyancing was extremely reasonable in comparison to other quotes I'd had. I would highly recommend Bespoke Law Services, they are a pleasure to deal with.

Shockingly Unprofessional Service — Constant Mistakes, No Communication, No Accountability.

Our experience with Bespoke Law Services has been nothing short of appalling. We chose them because of good reviews, but what we actually received was the most unprofessional, disorganised, and stressful service we’ve ever encountered.

The level of basic incompetence has been staggering. Our onboarding was delayed by two weeks due to spelling errors and administrative mistakes made by their own team. These errors kept appearing on key legal documents — including the contract and mortgage deed. At one point, we were even told that a wrongly-spelled name had been “copied and pasted from the passport,” yet when we checked the passport ourselves, the spelling was completely correct. In other words, the mistake was theirs, but the blame was pushed elsewhere. This is not just careless; it shows a concerning lack of accuracy and professionalism.

Communication was almost non-existent. Emails were ignored, calls went unanswered, and even our estate agent told us she couldn’t get a single reply from them. We ended up acting as intermediaries between professionals — a role we should never have been forced into.

As first-time buyers, we expected guidance. We received none. Basic advice, such as requesting LISA funds early, was never given, which caused completely avoidable last-minute delays. Worse still, they submitted bank details to Moneybox that didn’t match their own letterhead, delaying the release of our funds due to their own negligence.

We were repeatedly given assurances that later proved untrue. We were told our file would be reviewed ahead of exchange and that staff absences wouldn’t cause delays. Yet when the LISA funds finally arrived, exchange still didn’t happen because the file hadn’t even been reviewed. More contradictions, more excuses.
At every stage, the team avoided taking responsibility. Mistakes were deflected or downplayed, even when evidence clearly showed they originated within the firm. This complete lack of accountability has been incredibly frustrating and has destroyed any trust we had in their service.

All of this has put our time-sensitive purchase at risk and caused enormous stress. Every major issue we encountered was caused directly by their repeated errors, lack of communication, and failure to manage even the basics of conveyancing.
We strongly advise anyone — especially first-time buyers — to avoid Bespoke Law Services. Our experience has been unacceptably poor at every level.

Fantastic Solicitors - you will not be disappointed! I have used online solicitors for my last three house sales but Bespoke Law have been the best by a mile. I researched them first and then spoke with Kai who gave me a lot of useful information including their fees and other costs I might expect to pay. I was then assigned Sophie Whitby as my Conveyancing Solicitor with Rebecca Wilson her very capable assistant. Sophie was just excellent from the word go. She was fast, efficient, pro-active & diligent but she also listened and reassured when necessary. Which was often! We had a horrid time with two challenging buyers falling through before finding out last buyer and a difficult solicitor on our purchase but Sophie dealt with it all brilliantly. Her assistant Rebecca was also really excellent. I was throughly pleased with the service I received, nothing was too much trouble for them, I could always get through to the firm on the telephone and Sophie would be around to talk to when she was free. If you need a good, thorough conveyancing solicitors who really know their stuff, use Bespoke Law. I can absolutely recommend them.

They took my money quickly, but when issues arose due to their own mistakes, I was left to deal with the consequences at significant personal cost. Rectifying their errors has cost me time, stress, and money.

Two members of staff who have since left the company assured me that a refund would be issued. That never happened. Since then, I have had to chase repeatedly with no meaningful resolution.

If you value your time and your money, I strongly recommend finding another solicitor. If you are prepared for frustration and ongoing hassle, then proceed at your own risk.
