I purchased the Guardian Lace Maxi skirt and to say I am absolutely thrilled is somewhat of an understatement, I am over the moon!!! The skirt is beautifully made,fits like a dream and I feel like a Goddess. Love love love it and love Berserk. Their help and kindness is an unusual commodity in today’s world. I can highly recommend the skirt and the company. And the lovely heart shaped sweetie enclosed says it all❤️

I've purchased from Beserk online many times, especially small homewares, incense stuff, shoes, and alternative cruelty-free make-up (Lethal Cosmetics, Medusa Cosmetics, Lime Crime, Starrily etc.). My experience has always been good.

Their website looks quite bad, outdated and fit for weird 15yos., and it could be a bit more polished so that doesn't mislead (or scare) first visitors because there is plenty of great stuff, the cruelty-free vegan cosmetic or make-up labels that you barely find elsewhere in Oz and the Hot Chocolate shoes. For sure, if you are into witchy Wiccan stuff, this is also a place for you, and that's what the place is mostly filled in with. Many people ask me about my shoes and makeup, especially, and they're surprised that they come from Beserk, so that says a lot about the need of the store to better think their homepage and whole design.

Price is just OK, taking into account that many of the products they sell are from imported cult brands, but quite expensive overall.

Shopping from their website is really easy and straightforward. They have a rewards program that can save you a good amount of money (you get 1 reward point for each dollar spent, and when you have 50 points you get $2.5 off, 100 = $5 and 200 points = $10 off. Yet, they have dodgy practices re the rewards. The system is sometimes buggy and, applying the rewards would remove the free shipping. Not buggy but dodgy is the fact that when they're on sales or promotions and don't apply the discount automatically but via discount code, you won't be able to use your rewards as this is another coupon and you can only use one at a time. Yet, most places apply discounts on checkout on sales.

Dispatch is decently fast, and parcels are handled by AuPost (my preferred) or by couriers, your choice, so you'll be super-informed of when your parcel is leaving or arriving and get your parcel the way you want.

They don't publish honest reviews that have less than 4 stars, so that's dodgy and unprofessional, and tells you about who they are. I suspect some of the blazing reviews in Trustpilot are from the staff.

I have been a very long term shopper with this company. Always have satisfied and happy. Packaging has always been amazing and filled with candy and I have never had an issue ordering. Of all the items I have ordered over the years there has only been one Item I have been dissapointed in out of the many I have received. I would highly reccomend them.

I've made a review before but I want to make another one, can't express how good this place is.
I've never had an issues with them, the quality of the clothing is great, and they send a little heart candy with your order. If you tick for express post, it does come generally quick, can get delayed which isn't their fault, it happens. But that's okay. The price is a bit high but the quality of the clothing makes up for it, so it's 100% worth it. They do occasion competitions (I am yet to win one), and that's fun. Only thing I don't like is that things run out of stock REAL fast, and takes a while to restock. Not their fault of course. If there's something you need, better buy it quickly.
It's honestly a great store, I love it, highly recommend.

I've ordered from them about 5 times now, and I've never had any issues. Their store has a huge variety of items. Everything I've ordered has been great quality. My packages are delivered almost immediately, because they are based in Aus, which is a nice bonus.
Also I love their packaging, it's always exciting to see and open!

SO AMAZING! I'm a lead singer of a rock band and I am always looking for clothes for the stage. Not only is this the best website for stage-wear, IT'S FAST. I got my dress and fishnet top within 3 days of buying it. The only thing that is frustrating is the price (but stage-wear is generally pricey). I was so impressed, and the fit is amazing, and it looks exactly like the photo!!! First online shop I have been 100 percent satisfied with. I really hope they can keep their items in stock though (a lot of things I loved were out), but I'm sure its just because their really popular!!! 1000000% recommend!

I bought a bag which turned out to be not the best quality but it was beautiful. I wrote an email to customer service just so they’re aware of the quality in which they bought from a supplier. The woman who handled it was so kind and really quick to respond and help. I was blown away with how quickly they were onto things, honestly I’m not even mad it happened because it was the best customer service I’ve ever received. Fantastic work everyone I’m the customer service dept, you really made everything such a breeze. Great company

I recently ordered 2 lipglosses, 2 liquid lipsticks, and a pair of earrings. They all came in undamaged and the products were packaged well! They also arrived in 3 days! They're great quality too <3 And the heart candy they packed for free was nice :)

The customer service was super nice too, they were very helpful and answered all my questions.

I would love to see more pastel goth and harajuku styles on the website. I would love to buy more!

The customer service is phenomenal! They are so kind and helpful. If you ask a question they do not have the answer to, they will call around to make sure they give you the answers you need. They are very honest too. I am sensitive to certain metals and they were honest about the earrings I wanted being unsafe for me.
They are also very kind, they speak to you politely but also very warmly.

Doing a lot of online shopping while corona’s on and this was the only site that gave me regular updates and got my stuff to me quickly!

my friend bought boots from here and they arrived fairly quickly and completely undamaged, i have yet to buy anything but i've conacted customer sevice multiple times and they've always been incredibly helpful and super nice!!

Im not sure if this is with every order, or just boots but i love the little candies they send with the orders- also the shipping is really cheap which is a massive plus, will definitely be shopping from here in the future.

I've been shopping here for so long and I've never been disappointed. Even my sister shops from here because she was impressed with the clothing quality and how she can buy things in her size that actually fit! I also love the little candy hearts they put in the package. I highly recommend buying from here.

I've been a loyal customer with Beserk for more than 3 years now, and will continue to be for a long time. Their shipping is always fast, I've never had any problems from their end with orders, and they're always open to any requests I have with my orders! I'd rather buy from Beserk than directly from the brand as I find this company to be more reliable than most of the brands themselves. Highly highly recommend!

The hair dye I ordered came quickly, they have hair dye that aren’t usually in Australia, also got a little candy heart which I apprecaite and will be going back to beserk for all my hair dye needs!

Beserk are amazing - great items at awesome prices plus cheap and fast shipping. Their customer service is so quick and polite. I definitely recommend Beserk to everyone.

Super cute packaging, and I really loved the lille heart candy. 😍
But if you live in Scandinavia like I do, it can take over 3 month to get your package.
And that doesn't matter if you paid for the most expensive delivery they have available.
Not beserks fault tho, but just have that in mind.😄
