These assholes sent me the wrong color dress and took a month to respond to my email about it. They won’t send me the correct dress until they receive the one I send back. WTF I have been waiting a month already and it wasn’t my mistake. This is not the treatment I expect from a luxury brand. I told them I’d rather return both dresses for a refund and guess what I haven’t heard back. Secondly the dresses come in cheapo plastic bags making it feel like a $20 dress from a sweat shop. It’s a scam. Buy ethically sourced silk from people who care about their customers. Don’t buy from these scammers.

I have been trying to get an RMA for a return for more than 10 days and I have contacted them via every single platform imaginable. I have not received one single response. Do not purchase from this company unless you are 💯 certain you are keeping the item. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with.

Worst experience with this company. Purchased an item that was labeled taupe on their site that was actually grey when it showed up. I sent them two emails to request a return and never got a response. Had 30 days to return so decided to send it back per their return policy. (Side note - they say free returns on their site but their policy says customer pays return shipping) . Followed instructions exactly and had the package tracked. It was received on their end but still haven’t received a refund. Emailed them but did not receive a response. I’m now having to dispute it with my credit card company. Do not buy from them unless you’re 100% keeping the item.
