Dreadful quality clothing, and returning products isn't an option - you just get (full or partial) "store credit" which I don't want - I've now spotted that none of several items I've looked at actually list what material they're made from. When my 2 jumpers arrived, 1 was nasty and very gaudy knotted polyester (looked nowhere near as nice and cost as online) and one, which *looked* knitted online, was just printed to look like knitting!

Absolutely would avoid like the plague!

I have only ordered the items, but the website was easy to manage and user friendly- I assume that the rest of the order should be delivered without issues

Overall good website and super fast delivery would buy from here again

Buyer beware, company not based in England, goods take weeks to arrive and are of shockingly poor quality, nothing like the pictures or worth the price paid! Customer service are polite and respond in a timely manner, however no refunds only store credit if you pay to send the item back to china (including customs fees this makes the return pointless). I can't understand the positive reviews, especially the ones left before the item has been received! Will now be contacting citizens advice as consumer law has been broken.
