I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered
Don’t waste your money - ordered 2 items, both of which were of poor quality and cheaply made which you could get off other well known websites for a fraction of the price.
One was not even what I ordered (ordered a top and trouser set and received a one piece jumpsuit )
After a prolonged email exchange where I was eventually offered 100% store credit I was told I was not eligible for a refund as the items delivered matched the description !
Don’t believe the refunds information visible on the home page or product pages - you can’t get a refund if it “doesn't fit” or is “not quite right” - they follow the contradictory refund policy held elsewhere

Do not buy from these criminals. They are committing Fraud and breaching UK Consumer Rights Law. The products are pitiful quality and they refuse to give refunds. My item was screwed up and stuffed into a used plastic bag. Not even folded. They reply with emails that appear supportive but they are just delaying the inevitable realisation that you have been scammed. They have been reported to UK National Trading Standards.
Here is the comical detail emailed after numerous requests for a return and refund.
As you will see, there is no refund available and you don't want to pay yourself for postage and taxes for a garment exchange not fit to wipe your backside on. Avoid and share all over social media so that Mr Chin Chong Ding Ding at the backside end of China stops making as much criminal profit.

Been looking at these shoes over a couple of days and decided to bite the bullett and purchase them. This was nice and easy and we will see how long they take to arrive.

Website is easy to use and everything looks amazing, although when they say a few left be prepared to order as they do sell out. I missed out on the trainers I was looking at by hours, Great prompting without being overpowering.

I have had the same issues as others with this website . Poor quality which does not match website . Long emails , photos etc on returns .
I would not recommend this company and actually will only ever buy from reputable companies in the future . What a farce .

The return policy is not aligned to trading law with your right to a refund. Their policy, is on the website so read carefully. I have spent 2 weeks trying to negotiate a return on a dress that doesn't fit, had to send photos, they originally asked for photos on body. Then to be told I could have a partial online credit, this is after paying the shipping fees to China. On a £35 dress. It has engineered its return process to make it to difficult to return . Ill never shop here again due to this customer service

Can't comment on the quality of the dress yet as I have yet to receive it.

This company sent the wrong item but after several e mails they now say I can keep the shoes, which I don't like and get a 50% credit which is totally unacceptable. D6O NOT DEAL WITH THIS FIRM

Wish I read reviews before ordering. 10 days later, no tracking information, goods not arrived. Customer service slow to respond and don’t give updated information.

I’m leaving this review as a warning about my experience with Berrymere
Since April 4th, when I decided I no longer wanted the product, I have been trying to get a refund. I contacted them within the 14-day return window, which I am fully entitled to, but instead of resolving the issue, they have continuously delayed things.
I’ve been stuck in an ongoing back-and-forth of emails where they keep asking me to send more pictures and information, rather than actually providing clear return instructions or processing my refund. This has dragged on for so long that the 14-day period is now nearly over, and I still have not received my money back. At this point, it feels like the process is being deliberately prolonged to avoid issuing a refund.
On top of that, when I originally placed my order, the delivery time was stated as around one week—but it actually took nearly three weeks to arrive. So if you need something urgently, this is not a reliable option.
If you’re considering buying from this company—especially for the first time—be very careful. If you end up not liking the product, don’t expect an easy or fair refund process. I am still trying to get my money back and have made no real progress.
Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to think twice before purchasing.
