My items were ordered in November, but have never been delivered. They use 17Track, but provide unusable shipping and tracking links. Customer Service will promise to be immediately addressing their error while they stall you out and provide additional fake tracking links. Being facilitated by the Shop platform gives the site an undeserved air of credibility and reliability. When they take your money, Shop will do nothing to help you.

This is a knock-off website that ships from Asia. Be aware before purchasing. I wanted to exchange one of the tumblrs to a different design but the return/exchange policy is lengthy. You need to pay for the shipping yourself.

a lot higher quality than other sites ive bought from. they replaced my tumbler when it had a problem so can't fault them. thank you Jennifer!

Bought a tumbler from facebook for a gift and it came in 12 days, a bit longer than expected but arrived well packaged and customer support was really helpful about my questions. My daughter was over the moon. Have bought another tumbler since.

I ordered a Stanley quencher to Europe with tracked shipping. I received the item in time and the customer service was really nice and helpful. The item I received is not an original though. It's really well done, but if you take a close look, you can see that it's fake.

I was not made aware this was a Chinese business.
After purchase was made ... watched the magic tracking bounce around China for two weeks then supposedly ship to the US and then tracking stopped.
Today's 16September and still have not received the product.
Online research says the website is less than 2 mths old and China based.
Not sure this is a legit business...
