They never sent my item, I paid over 80 euro and they have no working email address to make enquiry.
Scam scam scam. For shame!!!!

This company masquerades as a real brand but they are just drop shipping from China with a 500%+ markups. I do not recommend buying from them. They also blocked my email address when I inquired as to why it took 5 weeks to receive the order.

Ordered 3 large grandfather shirts. Received 3 XXL and I don’t know anyone who is XXL so I’m afraid they are going in the trash. What a waste of time and money. I should read the reviews before placing my order.

I ordered a merino wool sweater for my husband in a size that with all other makes is generous. It’s far too small. No labels confirming what the sweater is made of so I am suspicious that it is merino. No labels for washing instructions etc. I wish I had read the reviews before buying. I want to return it and get my money back, but certainly don’t want to pay for it to be returned to China! They need to make customers aware of that before buying.

The quality of the product was subpar and the shipping took a whole month because it’s coming from China. When I tried to return it they wanted me to return it to China and pay the cost for the parcel. Their website is misleading when it says customer pays return shipping…nowhere does it say to China. Very shady company and practice.

What a joke of a company. Shame on me for not looking up reviews, but these clothes look good on the Website but are nothing like that when they arrive (which will be like a month after you order them at best). one piece of clothing had no tags on it but was way too tight, while the other one had a 2XL tag on it (when I ordered an L) and was still way too tight (and so cheaply made too). The sunglasses were cheaply constructed. I've reached out to try and get a refund but have little hope. Basically a scam of a site - I almost admire the chutzpah of the company frankly.

Scam, do not order from here.

Watch out what goes around comes around we live in a world of freedom of speech. It’s gonna be too bad when people start talking bad about you and putting your name all over the website because you don’t deliver your product and you take our money.

I ordered a linen/cotton blend shirt.. when it arrives it was the wrong size and is mostly polyester. It looks so cheap.
The company is terrible.
The refund they provide is minus 15% also..its a scam.

Ordered an I-phone leather case. Was thinking I was buying an American made product from an America based company. Only to find the item was shipped out of Mainland China. I order the product two weeks ago and haven't received it. When you check tracking, only information provided is "shipment is on its way". Tried to email the company only to recieve a message the email address does not exist.
I believe this is a scam website.

All shirts are wrong size. Returns only able 14 days after receiving.

They blocked my email when they sent out my items that were too small so not buy

Discovered quickly after placing order that this is a well dressed website that markets clothing from elsewhere on the internet, mainly from cheap Chinese online stores.

When I wrote to them to cancel my order (within an hour) I received a few confused emails in return from a "customer service" employee. After a few exchanged emails they blocked my email account. I have not received my money back, nor has any order been received.

This is a scam website- do not order anything from them.

I had an issue with size of the two sweaters I ordered and received excellent customer care from Dammy,
Customer Service Representative. The items were promptly replaced with the correct size

If I could give zero stars I would. They say you only have 3 hours to cancel and they will charge a 10% restock fee when they haven’t had time to unstock. In the UK you have 14 days to cancel for most items. Emailed them and it came back as undeliverable. Tried from another email and they said I would have a refund within 1-5 business days. Chased this on the 5th day and told there were delays. Further emails to them from the second email now come back as undeliverable too. Still not got a refund and can’t contact them. Avoid as total scam!

Ordered a pair of pants. After a few weeks they've been delivered. The item doesn't fit, it's 30cm too short for me.
Tried contacting support team for a refund/return and after a long back and forth with what seems a an email bot, they offer me 2 options to return then blocked my email. Never again

I'd give no stars if I could. The website gives the impression of a quality UK business with lovely looking products, however, this is a front and it is based in China.

I ordered genuine leather mens boots and am totally disappointed. They are not leather at all, but some type of PU fake leather. The sole is made of thin wood and not a rubber nonslip sole as described in the text and pictures providing no comfort or shock absorption. Furthermore there is no branding or labels inside whatsoever. They are not fit for purpose or as described and frankly I think they would fall apart after one wear.

I went on the website to check how to return as there was no return label included, actually there was nothing included, they didn't even come in a box. So, then I find some small print that you have to request a return by email and send them back to China! I emailed the customer service and they just reinterated this even when I said the return delivery cost would be 80% of the cost of the boots. Their alternative was I could keep them and they'd give me discount on another order lol.

I told this was unsatisfactory and to give me a UK refund address otherwise I'd have to request a card charge back with my Bank. After a good few days they haven't replied so I've started the chargeback process and hope it's successful.

Avoid at all costs.

Awful customer service! Do not believe their PR reviews. Impossible to return merchandise. Grossly overpriced!

If I could give ZERO stars I would. This company advertises their merchandise falsely and gives lip service (email correspondence) to customers but has no intention of righting their wrongs.
I ordered a pair of white shoes. They sent me a pair of tan shoes. In their correspondence with me they admitted their description of their product was incorrect. When I indicated I did not want the shoes they sent me a SECOND pair of tan shoes of their own volition. When I contacted them AGAIN to ask about the shoes I did not ask for they indicated I would have to pay shipping to send both pairs of shoes back. I indicated I’d be happy to send the shoes back but I would not pay for shipping since their product description was incorrect (for the first pair) and I never asked for a 2nd pair!
Eventually just to be done with the ridiculous correspondences with them, which we’re getting me nowhere, I said I’d be willing to accept a 50% refund of the original purchase price of the shoes they sold as white but were not white at all. They would not honor that, so I’m done.
My advice to you is stay very, very far away from this company!
