DO NOT BUY
DO NOT BUY. The travel case comes with a sticky bar code label attached. You can remove the label but the sticky adhesive remains and spreads over the whole case if you try to clean it up with ordinary household solvents (white spirit, alcohol, nail varnish remover). I emailed Benny's but received no reply. I telephoned and Ben said he would send a replacement if I sent a second email, which I did but received no reply or replacement. I bought another one from Benny's website (since Ben said the label was attached by Amazon) but that also came with the same sticky label. I emailed again and again received no reply or action. So, only buy this (on its own or with the brush) if you are content to have a disfigured travel case, which is what I have after having paid for it twice.

No response from company
I haven’t gotten any updates on the order. It hasn’t been delivered yet (over two weeks since order), and multiple emails and contacts have gone unanswered.

Need to review their green policies.
Used before but usually buy from Amazon. For some reason it wasn't available there.
Please review your shipping. That amount of sellotape means that the packaging is no longer recyclable without spending a huge amount of time pealing it all off.
Or better still, put the product back on Amazon.

I placed an order for next day delivery and two weeks ago and still haven't got it and this was for going away. I have now asked for a full refund
