Really glad that our company decided to use benme. Informative training about the platform, always got the answers for everything. User-friendly platform, which really helps in daily work. Finally, I do not need to think about the invoices:) One of the biggest advantages- big variety of coupons, always open for new ideas and of course really friendly benme work team.
Our company is a brand new user of BenMe, which we're happy about. Throughout our journey to use BenMe we received max support, flexibility, and attentiveness for the client. Love that they're listening to new ideas and implementing them. Easy administration for HR, easy to use as a user, easy for Accounting. Experienced some bugs when onboarding and later on, but the support team was amazingly helpful, so the overall experience still was pleasant.
We were looking for a suitable tool that would help us handle employees benefits for quite some time, but when we found Benme I was delighted by few things:
First, exceptional customer support, though it's a very new product, but they are already on the right track concerning CS.
Second, they are very strict about GDPR, no additional sensitive information about the employees is needed.
Third, the tool is very intuitive and easy to use.
Fourth, as HR manager I am more than happy that the employees can manage their budgets individually, no unnecessary management is needed, I get one invoice per month for all the purchases made. Our accountant love that fact :)
Oh, and the pricing is very company friendly :)
Of course there are some small bugs still left, but benme works so fast - one comment from us that something is not working properly and they take care of the matter immediately.
