Unprofessional customer service from jay, also make sure you check the clothes you order because they will most likely have ink all over them which is lovely.

Made a order no tracking number this very disgusting costumer service either give me my tracking code or send me a refund

Ordered from this company so many times, spent thousands with them yet they’ve let a loyal customer down.

Placed an order for a jacket in XL but wanted an L. Noticed the mistake seconds after and emailed them a few minutes after the purchase. They didn’t get back to me until 24 hours later which is fine, however, they dispatched my jacket an hour before they emailed me back, therefore, would not change the size. Their website states that they can cancel the order and I am able to place another one, however, they sent it out so I am now unable to get the jacket I want because it will more than likely be out of stock, they refused to help or offer any advice, simply just said return it. I can’t return it if there is no stock. They also expect you to just cancel the order and place another one, so the money grabbers can hold onto your money for interest.

Not sure about all these bad reviews I’m seeing but I’ve ordered from here 4/5 times now and never had any problems, always dispatched same day or next day, delivery times always quick. Everything I’ve bought is 10/10 quality aswell, even with the mystery boxes where it says some items may have slight defects, all 5 things I bought were perfect quality

Premium price, low quality products. Got a coat which already had threads coming off the day i opened it... have worn it twice and already has fluff coming out the seams. If looking for a coat get a northface... same price way better quality!

Poor service!

Ordered a Jogger and a Crew neck top and they managed to send me the wrong colour jogger.
They asked me to return back the wrong colour for replacement. Sent me a separate email with a tracking number saying i will receive my order on the 1st November and since nothing has been received!
DPD tracker only showing that they received their order but not the actual parcel so Benjart has not prepared this as of yet.

Emailed customer service several times but no response on my emails! WHAT A RIP OFF!!!

Ordered on Monday morning jacket was here the next day before 2pm.

purchased a jacket from them 5 months ago and the reflective writing had scratched off the back, after wearing it 4 times. and after emailing twice about it their reply said there's nothing they can do as they cant prove its only been worn 4 times, whether its been worn 4 times or 40 it shouldn't already be falling apart for £100

Absolutely disgusting company! Please people, check out there reviews before ordering. I return my order over 18 days ago and they signed and received it but haven’t replied to my emails and I’ve sent so many. And still haven’t received my money! Will never be purchasing from here again

They sent me the wrong item and want me to pay for the retour costs. Don't buy here!

Really good quality for the price.

Bought about 10 items of different sizes as it was my first time ordering from these guys. Tracksuits are quality and the refund process for easy. Got my refund in under a week.

I've never had any problems with Benjart. Ordering process is always seamless and delivery fast. I've only had to return an item once and it was refunded promptly. Happy with the service I've received

Very poor company, they received my returned item last month and they still haven’t refunded it. I emailed them over 20 times and today they tried to tell me it was delivered elsewhere but on the tracking it shows they signed for it lol
