Two months - still no money 🙁

When Benjamin announced that they were putting a moratorium on all payments for a couple of months in mid-2025, I wasn't happy but I was patient. They opened it back up in December of 2025 and I started requesting my money.

As of today February 20, 2026, I STILL have multiple requests sitting "in queue" from December 10-12, 2025 that remain in pending status. There is not even an ETA on when I will get this money.

This weekend they are offering this weekend that any withdrawals will skip the queue - that's just insulting. If they can pay things out to skip the queue for new ones they can pay me the money that they owe me.

To be honest I was going to wait until my money finally got out of their system to write this to minimize the risk of anything unusual happening to my account and potentially erasing all of the records. But after 2 months I have minimal hope that I will ever get the money that I am owed.

Quickly losing all faith

I had a wonderful experience with Benjamin last year up until they paused payouts for about 3 months, then they limited how much you could cash out in a day as well I'm assuming how many people could cash out. As you can imagine once cash outs re-opened people wanted to withdraw what they saved up over the last 3 months + so then it became difficult to even be one of those people. I was finally able to request a withdraw on Dec 9th for $50 as well as $50 on Dec 10th. It is now Feb 20th and those Payouts that may take "3+ days" still have not been paid. You also now have to wait sometimes 2 months to even receive credit for any funds you may have earned through games/offers. I was really hoping things would turn around, but I'm quickly losing faith.

Don’t waste your time, it’s a scam

Until last September, the app was pretty great. Timely bank withdrawals with no fees and lots of games with good rewards. Unfortunately, they put a moratorium on withdrawals around that time until December 3. Ever since I’ve been waiting to see $400 of my $450 that they owe me from my game earnings all via “instant withdrawal” which they now charge $1 per $50 for. Honestly, at this point, I think it might be lost money as I’ve been in a withdrawal queue since December 10. At one point, I got a hold of a customer service representative, but they could not give me any definitive timeline for receiving my money. It went from a great way to make some extra change to a scam overnight with no warning.

Benjamin Won't Pay!

Just like everyone else, I also haven't received my payout since the update went into place back in December. It's only $32, and still have several amounts in queue! Before, I was able to cash out in minutes. I see every review gets same canned response, so I'm sure I will too. Doubt I will ever get my funds but wanted to vent my frustration here as well and glad I'm not the only one. I will stop playing games on this app now that I know I'll probably never get my funds.

This App is a scam, it will NOT pay you!

Over the course of almost 2 months now, I have been waiting on my cash withdrawals to go through. I have had absolutely zero luck, and every single time that I reach out to customer service to ask for help, I am met with a response from one of their bots. I would suggest completely avoiding this app. It is nothing but a scam.

This app is a scam. They went through a phase of no payouts at all , saying they would start back up in December. I submitted on February 1. Was told it would take 3 days. Now it’s the 19th and nothing. I’ve contacted “customer support “ twice and gotten the same generic canned response. Don’t waste your time. It’s a scam.

If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would. I earned my rewards in December and because of restrictions Benjamin failed to disclose as usual I wasn't able to request payment until January. It's now February 18th and I have yet to receive my money. I've spoken with customer service several times and they are absolutely no help at all. They keep telling me the exact same thing about a lot of people requesting payment. This company prevented everyone from requesting payment for months claiming to be updating their system. I've been waiting for months to get this money. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP. IT IS A SCAM

This place was one of my favorite play…

This place was one of my favorite play sources, now ...it's awful, I've been waiting since Dec 9th for my 276.00 to paypal...and of course "in queue for processing" in which it's been that way for awhile now. If anyone knows of anyone filing lawsuits, please leave me a message. I'm done with the auto responses I get everyday when I file my complaint. And again ..the same automated response...smh!! Inaccessible funds and horrendous support

I earned approximately $400 in my Benjamin account months ago, but withdrawals became immediately unavailable. A popup stated that the platform was working on system improvements and that withdrawals would be available starting 12/3/2025. Despite multiple attempts across several days after that date, every withdrawal failed with the message “Lots of activity … try again later.”

Customer support, specifically a representative named “Ana” (who I suspect to be AI) provided only generic, dismissive, and at times condescending responses. My details were never acknowledged, no timeline was provided despite repeated requests, and the only guidance I received was to verify my phone number and then just wait. Every response referenced withdrawal limits being in place to ensure a fair opportunity for others and to prevent the system from crashing. These explanations are insulting, absurd, and fail to address the fact that my own legitimately earned funds were blocked for weeks.

After weeks of no progress, I filed a formal complaint with the BBB and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. Benjamin never responded to my BBB complaint. Eventually, I was able to start limited $50 per day withdrawals, but as of mid-February, every transaction is still stuck in pending with an estimated completion of 3 plus days. My funds have effectively been inaccessible for months.

This entire experience demonstrates a complete lack of accountability, transparency, or competence. The repeated, copy-pasted “safeguards are in place to keep our system running smoothly” non-explanations across multiple complaints insult the intelligence of users. If anyone remotely competent worked at Benjamin, this issue would have been resolved long ago. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this platform and would actively discourage anyone I know from using it.

this app is a fraud

this app is a fraud, unreliable, and are thieves. They keep saying that the payouts are due to too many people so there is delays. My payout has been seven weeks. They do not respond to the tickets you submit. They do not contact you back. They don’t reply. They used to do all this, but all of a sudden suddenly stopped they’re keeping my money also on the app for an accumulated. also on the app for a accumulated rewards they put it into a pig. that you have to reach a certain level to get them to pay it out. This is absolutely ridiculous. They need to give us our money.

I downloaded this app a while ago. And I was allowed to make one withdraw. Months later after building up $400.... The app shut down for 2 months and said that they were working on things. And that we would be able to start withdrawing on December 3rd, 2025. Fast forward to that date and everyone was trying to take out their earnings... But no one got their money. The app kept making excuses of why we couldn't withdraw the money. Then everyone was put in a queue of 3+ days.... And could only withdraw $50 at a time. It has been two months since I have still not received my money even though the notifications say that my withdrawal was pending. I stopped playing until I get my money. Today I went to go see what the status was on my withdraw, and I had to log back in. It said my session had timed out. And when I logged back in, it said, my balance was at $0.00. This app is a complete ripoff. There are groups on facebook, slamming this company into the ground, because of their fraudulent and scamming behavior. Do not trust this app. Do not download it. Every time he reach out to customer service, they give excuses. They will even respond to this review with excuses. I think this site is a total scam

I think this site is a total scam! I requested two payouts, $50 each, on Dec 9 & 10. Their terms say payouts may take minutes. It's been over 2 months! All of my emails to customer "support" receive the exact same computer generated generic response giving the same vague lack of information or help. I doubt I will ever see actual payment from this site. I would advise not signing up. There are sites that legitimately pay what they say! This is NOT one of them. And there's no way to contact them to get answers.

Not what you expect

At first, I was super impressed with Benjamin. They were doing a great job offering great payouts and everything else and then when I went to make my first withdraw, I was told I would have to wait until December cause they were changing things up and then in December, they had withdrawal overload now my deposit or my withdraw has been sitting out there since December 11 and has not yet been processed. It is just sitting in queue 50 stinking dollars that’s all it is $50 because that’s the cap they would give you. I have no idea what to do other than scream yell and write a bad review very unhappy with Benjamin and how they have treated its customers and how they have managed their sources in order to be able to pay properly.

Benjamin has owed me $237 since early…

I'm still owed $237 since 12/11/25. I've reached out to Benjamin numerous times over the past few months. The only thing you CAN count on them for is to immediately reply to these reviews with canned text saying, "it is what it is, but thanks for letting us know." Based on my communications, I believe they went from a paying app to a Ponzi Scheme. No interest in paying members, informing us where we're at in the queue, but they're still promoting themselves as instant.

I use to love this app

I use to love this app. Now I’m not sure if I should keep playing. It made me wait three months until December to try to cash out. Since then it’s been pending… it’s now halfway through February. I’m not sure if I’m wasting my time and should stop playing or not. I didn’t get a reply when I first emailed them. Then the second time it was a generic we’re sorry for your issues. We’re having to change and put limits on payouts. This is causing some delay delays in payout so we thank you for your patience. I don’t want to waste my time… but I would love to keep playing if they will pay out. But I’m afraid with as many issues as they are having as so many people saying they can’t cash out I don’t know.

Takes forever to get paid!

Been waiting since Dec 9th for 1 payout and 2 others requested last month are still in queue and being processed. It's absolutely ridiculous to wait 2-3 months. Other apps like this pay immediately. I don't want to mess with CS just my $107

Edit: it's now been over 90 days. I've contacted CS twice I got a canned reply even though they say they'll investigate if it's been long than the estimated time frame. Lies, lies, lies

Edit 2: I'm 90% sure customer service is AI and there is not a real person replying. My reasoning is that every email says the same thing. Over and over, no matter what I say.
