Don’t order from the website
Don’t order from the website. My order took two months to arrive and when it did, half of it was missing. I had to chase for information and send multiple emails to get any response. We are almost at four months since I first ordered and I am yet to receive a reply for my enquiries about where the rest of my order is. Complete joke.

Ordered 10 pairs of underwear and only…
Ordered 10 pairs of underwear and only received 4 pairs. The box was addressed to someone else but had my account details listed. I have yet to receive the other 6 pairs I purchased. No one answers the NZ helpline phone number nor do they respond to emails. I have no idea what to do next!

Avoid purchasing online!!
When ordering their website advised a 7-10 day delay which was ok. I never received tracking information so I followed up after 20 days. Communication was delayed to be told they had requested for my order to be cancelled and offered me a gift card as a refund. More days passed with no communication and my original order arrived out of the blue. I received another email from the Customer Support team telling me my order was delivered. The longest 7 - 10 days, 6 weeks later.

DON'T BUY ON LINE FROM THIS COMPANY
Ordered 3 items of underwear online on 24th November 2021 - still waiting as at 5th February 2022. The head officer does not answer the phone or respond to messages 09 2750000. Resorted to phoning stores for their assistance, not getting very far.
