Appalling customer service , don’t return calls as promised.
Ordered x large too tight I had to pay both return and delivery postage .
I understood that if the garment was returned you don’t have to pay for the delivery charge

Mens 'MALLET' 2pc Fleece Tracksuit - GREY MARL- Great BUT the material has a click! Company not interested 'we will look into this' This is when received not worn. Anyway will not purchase any BENCH products due to the poor customer service.

They sent the wrong item. Their returns process requires you emailing them and them replying to you (pretty basic for 2023). They took a week to reply to me, by which time the item I wanted had gone out of stock. I was very disappointed.

I ordered a tracksuit and in the description the size S was supposed to be 30-32. The sweatshirt is OK, but the pants are not only very narrow at the calves, but also very wide at the waist, like 34. The label with the size of the pants was definitely sewn on incorrectly

Wrong item sent so I returned it, have sent numerous emails but get no response. So I now have no top and am down £35 Yet they managed to send this survey request. I shall be writing to them ,maybe that will get acknowledged.First time I have shopped with them will not be doing it again.

No complaints! Shorts I bought were just what I needed. Well made as well! Easy to order and delivery was faster than expected.

I ordered a coat from Bench and it was quick delivery. Upon receiving the size was too small and therefore I emailed support to ask for a replacement. Matthew responded and was really helpful in processing the exchange. However upon receiving the bigger size it has been delivered faulty. I'm starting to think I just have bad luck so I emailed requesting for a refund and a free return slip as the item is faulty. 3 emails later and a Facebook message and still no reply - under the consumer rights act I have a right to return and refund my item due to a fault!! If they don't respond soon I may need to escalate further - highly disappointing

Fast delivery and products were as expected. Good quality clothing.

The quality of Bench products is excellent… the cost reasonable. What more do you need.

My husband wear large size i pick extra large for him still very small I wanted to return it so I can change it but I couldn't because I have to use my money to post it. And the one I dont want 2top I want tracksuit but I got 2 top instead the return is not easy at all am not happy because all what I bought is not useful for me.

I have sent you several email’s regarding my purchase .
I haven’t got it .
The couriers said they have sent it back to you. They didn’t try and deliver it .
I am furious as I am now in Spain and won’t be back to London until 14 November .
So please look into my predicament and sort it out ,
I find your customer service a disgrace. I like BENCH and have bought several things but it makes me wonder who I am buying from ,very unprofessional and no phone numbers to get to talk to a human .
As you can see on the email you sent me I have been trying to contact you since 25 october.

Clothes and accessories are great, delivery time as well.

Brilliant online shopping experience and excellent courier service. The mens bench bundle xl boxers were the best in fabric and quality, definitely worth the price and I will be looking forward to shopping in the near future.
