Yet again today. I have had to maintain a front garden for an anti social tenant.

This house is rented to an anti social person who doesn’t maintain the property to the standards expected on a residential estate.

It’s totally Belvoir’s fault.

No standards, no visits to the property and they don’t listen to complaints or these reviews to improve their company.
Complaint after complaint, I have had to tolerate drug dealers, at all hours of the night, domestic fights, damage to cars and property annd even threatened by the neighbours Pit bull terriers who threatened to release it when my grandkids were playing in the garden. Many situations like this have happened over the years.

I am 65 years old, a retired pensioner, for over 6 years now.

I-am now fed up of living next door to a Belvoir managed property.

16 Years of anti social tenants, damage to my property caused by water leaks from their property, with evidence to prove it, and they have shown a total lack of integrity. Not even offered to talk about it, because they know they are in the wrong.

I have no rights at all.

No one listens and there is nothing that I can do about this situation.

Living next door to this Belvoir managed property, is an nightmare, and they know it.

All I can do is place negative reviews, that they don’t read, or if they do, they don’t try to change their ways at all.

This in order to let others know their standards and reputation.

So, I have decided to sell my property from this lovely area where I chose to live.

That’s why I had to do something about their front garden, because I am having my house valued. Q’ Who would want to buy a house next to this?

This is all because of the nightmare of living next door to a Belvoir managed letted property, or I should say, supposed to be, managed by Belvoir in Whitehaven.

The whole neighbourhood are worried about this latest tenant, and are talking about this person’s behaviour.
A play park is opposite and people are escorting their kids there because of this person.

This is someone that has chosen not to speak to anyone at all. Not even a hello, good morning. Infact it’s just totally weird and irrational behaviour, running away when people speak to him!

The alarm bells are ringing everywhere, and people want to know who this person is for their personal safety.

Is he;
An ex convict? If so what has he done?
Is he a mental patient?

Or, someone that has been ‘booted out’ of another country maybe, Australia, so Why?

We have contacted the Police dept.
We have contacted Belvoir, and no one will tell anybody who he is! No names, no information other than he’s not from these parts! Why?

The Police won’t tell us whether he is on a sex offender list of any kind?

They only asked, Has he done anything wrong other than being anti social.

Anyway I have had enough of this. So, I have decided to put my property up for sale because there is nothing I can do.

It’s wrong and it’s a disgrace, all because someone wants to make some money letting out a property on a residential estate.

Belvoir you should be ashamed, but I know you’re not, because you have no integrity at all.
Only ignorance and apathy.

Money talks first, and bollocks to everyone else.

I really hope Karma calls upon this company soon.

There is nothing else to say about this company other than DO NOT USE THEM. There are plenty of other reputable professional companies out there. But not this one.
The one star that I had to choose on this review, is one too many .😡

I started with Belvoir Homecare in March this year I must say they are a fantastic team and company to work for I entered the industry with no experience and the support in the field and training has been brilliant...I enjoy every minute of my job and find it very rewarding

My experience of Belvoir Home Care has been excellent from the start. I am supported by a very caring, professional, and well-trained team who take pride in doing a good job and ensuring my comfort. At the same time they patiently encourage my independence and mobility. I have recommended Belvoir to others in my area who are looking for home careers, and would do so again without hesitation.

We have been with Belvoir Home care a few months now and have no problems whatsoever all the staff are friendly and helpful they are 99% on time and take care of my wife very well thankyou.

Belvoir Care Home began looking after my elderly brother Leslie about a year ago. I cannot thank them enough for the support they gave him, both with his physical needs and also the company, encouragement and security their regular visits gave him.
The team was very well trained and efficient but also flexible, and able to assess and respond to changing needs as they arose. They helped him enormously in coping with the stress of living alone in lockdown and supported us all when his illness made it necessary to move to residential care.
To anybody making the difficult decision about care for a relative at home, I can warmly recommend Belvoir Home Care.

my wife as Dementia and needs 2 carers 4 times a day, Belvoir Home Care have been out standing with the care we are now getting from them, there is a new carer named Bethany who as only been caring for a short time, but you would never know this as the training is so very good, I cannot tell you how good they are but you will not be sorry if let them care for your loved ones. 10 out of 10.

I’ve had my mom staying here for the last 9 months and I can honestly say that if it wasn’t for the great care offered by these guys, I do not know if she would be doing as well as she is. I cannot thank everyone who works at Belvoir enough.

Whether you are looking for Homecare for a loved one or wanting to start/change career, this is the best company out there.

I can only mirror what everyone else has said, they truly do care about everyone and will support anyone in anyway they can.

It's a company where its impossible not to make lifelong friends and to feel a real family atmosphere. I cannot speak highly enough.

A great company to work for! Supported me through my marketing apprenticeship and they were there even when I decided the subject wasn't for me. So glad I stumbled across this company. They look after both their staff and clients with the highest standard of care and I would recommend them to anyone looking for their type of service or a career in homecare. Hope they are continuing to grow and achieve all their future objectives!

Best home care company I’ve ever worked for, well trained friendly staff that go above and beyond. I really couldn’t recommended them more as being a fantastic employer but also offering a top class service always working in a person centred way!

I have worked for Belvoir Homecare for three and a half wonderful years and have around 6 years care experience now.
I can honestly say that Belvoir Homecare is the best care company I have ever worked for. The client's I look after are just so lovely and are always happy to see me when I arrive.
The office staff are truly amazing and are always approachable and always give our clients and staff %100 of there time.
We have such a wonderful team who support each other inside of work and outside of working hours that are more like family than work colleagues.
I love coming to work every day as get to see all my clients faces and help them to brighten up there day.
The training you get at Belvoir is fantastic along with all of our team.
I have had some wonderful opportunities since starting at Belvoir.
I finished my NVQ Level 2 Health and Social Care last year and soon I will be completing my N.V.Q Level Three in Health and Social Care which I never thought I would achieve.

I have worked with belvoir homecare for just over a year and I have always felt happy and able to talk if anything was wrong. The office staff are brilliant. I have worked in care for over 20 years and in this time have worked for quite a few companies and nursing homes but have to say Belvoir Homecare is the best company I have worked for, supportive not only to staff but go out of their way to make sure our clients are happy too. I work with some of the nicest people who are passionate in their work. We are one big happy family!!!
