Ginger cordial 500ml
Ginger cordial 500ml. They emphasis, on their general info that there is no sugars. I tasted the Ginger cordial that I purchased and it was very sickly and sugary. Looking at the label it says in the ingredients 11gms of sugar - in a 500ml bottle !!! No wonder it was sickly. Not fit for people looking for a healthier lifestyle. Won't be buying again. Kevin

Why try to improve on what was a very popular drink?
I love the Ginger Cordial, always have done and have introduced it to many friends who feel the same way. It is so refreshing and uncomplicated, just pure ginger, with just the right amount of sweetness. HOWEVER, I cannot say I feel the same about the Honey Lemon and Ginger Cordial, which appears to have replaced the cordial in our local Waitrose. I find it sickly; the lemon and honey dominate and the ginger "kick" has disappeared. It reminds me more of taking a medicine to sooth a sore throat than a refreshing drink!

No customer focus
I have just had a major op in April due to cancer which resulted in being fitted with a urostomy stoma. It is imperative that I drink at least 3 litres of water a day. Which is a hard task. Unless of course I make some of it flavoured. Trying to find a squash or cordial that is not UPF is difficult. But Belvoir farm Lime Cordial is spot on. However I also need to watch how much sugar is in it. Although on the bottle it states grams of sugar in its diluted state it doesn’t state how many grams of sugar per 100ml or per 500ml bottle of cordial undiluted, which is what I needed to know in order to use the strength I want to manage my sugar intake. Easy to find out you would think, so I sent a request for this info on their contacts page about 4 weeks ago and It has been totally ignored. So there is either something to hide or they have no customer focus at all for people with a disablement that requires their help, to make life a bit better
