Leggings took weeks to arrive despite the advised postage time of several days. They were also not high waisted as described and therefore fall down. The review I completed has also not been displayed on their website. This company is a scam with false advertising.
This company are a total scam. They are impossible to get hold of & are refusing to give a refund for leggings which are very poor quality. It’s clear others have had the same experience.
Bought a pair of leggings from Bellyblooms for £26.99 as the reviews on their website were excellent and the FAQs on their website state that all orders are fulfilled and dispatched in 24-48 hours, with free returns and a quick refund.
The order wasn’t shipped (from China) until 8 days later and didn’t arrive until 14 days after order. The leggings were poor quality and see through. I immediately contacted Bellyblooms for a “free return and quick refund”.
This is false advertising as they do not offer free returns. They repeatedly offer to refund 50-75% of the cost and keep the leggings, but if a full refund is requested they expect the customer to pay to return the item to the USA and in addition deduct a £3.99 restocking fee.
I am now going through the chargeback scheme with my bank to get a full refund without having to pay for international postage and a restocking fee.
Avoid this scam company.
Conning pregnant women out of money - disgusting. The maternity leggings are made from horrible cheap itchy fabric that ladders when you pull them up. I requested an exchange/refund only to be told the leggings needed to be posted back to the USA (even though the website states UK, and they were posted from the UK). The customer service number is also a dummy number that never connects. AVOID AVOID AVOID
Total Scam company, avoid at all costs. Impossible to get a straight answer plus they charge for returns even if the incorrect item was initially delivered. Although they are listed as a UK company all items ship directly from China.
The quality of the product is terrible, I requested a refund and they offered me everything but a refund. I pressed for a refund and they eventually "agreed", however it has been almost 2 months and they are still withholding my money.
I would avoid at all costs. Better customer service and product available from Amazon.
I have a suspicious feeling that this company is a total scam.
