Zero stars, disgusting company, fraudulent and liars. Long wait for delivery, dungarees shoddy to the point of unwearable, nothing like the image. Cheap nylon material, torso too short, trousers lengths differ. Am now several emails in. Do not waste your money.

stars. I ordered what looked like an elegant dress but got a frumpy one. Like people in other reviews I was discouraged from returning the dress to save me money and hassle. I was offered 100% and 110% credit, 10% 20% and 30% refunds and keep the dress. At one point I was told that 30% was half my money back! They said it would cost £20 to £30 to return a dress that cost £39.95. I googled it and was told £12 to £15 and that I would need their mobile number. I had been Told the address so that I could find out cost but no number and not to return until approved. After two weeks I informed them that my credit card company were involved. I was then offered 50% refund which I accepted because I didn't think I would get the mobile number and I was thoroughly fed up. To be fair I did get the refund within a few days

Ordered dress for wife without reading reviews.
Garment arrived, not as illustrated wrong size extremely poor quality.
Patronising customer service contacted, the inititial offer 10% refund and could keep garment ( why would I, didn't fit, total rubbish), followed by 20%, then 30% refund. Should I require total refund , return item at my expense at a cost of upto £30.00 even though the error was totally their doing.

The goods were shoddy and returns had to be sent to China. Encouraged to accept max 30% refund so in an insidious way the company is making money out of their customers. Perhaps working within the law but not a company that I would recommend. Certainly, I will not be using them again.

Beware of this scam company! Their website says that they offer a 30-day refund policy, but this is a lie. They offer only 10%, then 20%, then 30% "final offer" - unless you spend £20-25 to send the item back to China, and then they say they will refund the purchase price. Shoddy dress that didn't fit, and abysmal customer service.

This company is a scam. Poor shoddy goods with no viable option to refund .

I normally read reviews before buying from a new company but sadly on this occasion I didn’t. The name features UK and the website gives the distinct impression it’s uk based but it’s china based which means the dungarees I ordered took three weeks to arrive but unfortunately were so disappointing when they eventually did. Cheap, flimsy nylon, poor stitching and nothing like the pictures, not something I would ever want to wear.As other reviewers have said they won’t consider a refund unless you ship them back to china at your own expense so I decided to cut my losses and chalk it up to experience. Don’t make the same mistake!

Awful company .. wish I’d read these reviews before purchasing! Hideous quality .. cheap material, awful stitching .. nothing like pictures! A shame as it means honest online companies will lose business, as I for one will not be buying from business I don’t know!

BellthorneUK Orders NOT received in full. Items I did receive were of VERY poor quality. Not even fit to use as dusters. Total rip off! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY !

Read their returns policy carefully. If you don’t like the item and I didn’t, they will offer an alternative but the most refund you can get is 30%. The dungarees I ordered do not look like those advertised. The fabric is flimsy and a very large print . I offered to return the item but of course the return is to China . Still I was offered only 30% refund . In the end I opted for a smaller size so that I had something for my money . The smaller size arrived but I doubt I’ll ever wear them .

Do not use this company. The 30 day money back guarantee doesn't exist. The item was cheap & looked nothing like the advertised goods. The return address is in China NOT UK. Which the customer has to pay for. I've been waiting for 2 weeks for my return to be authorized, after receiving discount offers of up to 30% off. This company are an absolute joke and scammers. You've been warned. Facebook should take some responsibility as they were advertising on their site.

Ordered some dungarees and waited weeks for it to arrive when they did the quality was atrocious poorly printed nylon with the pattern not matching and terrible stitching with threads hanging off. 30 emails back and forth to try and get a refund still nothing but excuses.

Awful Fake Company! Not even worth 1 star! Ordered a meadow charm midi dress on 10th Aug. It arrived 22nd Aug and was nowhere near as described on the website: no “crochet-open lace work” on the neckline, waist, cuffs and hem; the waistband was all wrong; the three-quarter sleeves were not “elegantly finished”. Overall, so disappointing. Dress doesn’t fit properly, doesn’t look stylish and cannot be worn. After a lot of toing and froing managed to get a 30% refund (too expensive to send back). You have been warned. Do not be fooled by this company's website.

This clothing company Bellthorne.uk are a absolute scam I purchased 2 pairs of dungarees costing £59.90 when on the site u are led to believe the company is U.K. based, after further reading it’s made to look that way but they get all clothing from china, so postage takes over3 weeks, said items arrive to be nothing like the photos on web site but the nylon printed blurred out pattern is such poor quality I would be embarrassed to even donate to charity, I’ve requested a refund but no email or request has been replied to, so I’m here with cheep tat and they have my cash absolutely disgusting I wish I could give them minus stars, they certainly are not worth one, very unhappy pensioner with £59.90 less to her purse.

If I could leave no stars I would. Bought a pair of dungarees without checking trust pilot. Big mistake. On their arrival I found them to be a complete scam - photo showed cotton material with embroidered details. The reality is cheap nylon material with an extremely blurred print. They are only fit for the bin £35 lesson learnt

An absolute con the fabric has a blurred print nothing like the picture and return is at customer cost to CHINA DONT BE CONNED

I do wish I had looked on trustpilot before buying a ‘cardigan’. So disappointed by the awful quality - and guess what?!- no returns label or any info at all in package. I feel ashamed of myself for falling for this scam

Cheap rubbish. Very disappointing experience with Bellthorne. The website gives the impression that this is a UK-based clothing company, but the items I received were shipped from China (from Temu) and were of very poor quality compared with what I expected from the advertising.

When I asked to return the items for a refund, instead of making the process straightforward, I was offered store credit for the same amount. I had no interest in buying more clothing after being so unhappy with the quality of the first order.

In my experience, the whole process felt misleading and unnecessarily difficult. I will be reporting my concerns to Trading Standards and would strongly advise others to research this company carefully before ordering.

I would not buy from Bellthorne again. Wish I'd checked on Trust Pilot first, expensive mistake!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!!!! they are scammers!!!!!
I ordered dungarees,took 3 weeks to arrive, honestly I was shocked by how awful they were, as other people have said, thin awful material, blurred pattern and quality of the whole thing minus 50!!!! The stitching is shocking,out of line and bits of loose thread everywhere......I just can't believe they get away with this!!
Again I was offered to choose something else....no chance, gonna cut my losses £29.99 down the pan....which is exactly what they want no doubt.
Hopefully someone will catch up with them and shut it down .
