I was looking to order a Manticore rack with Kraken cable add-ons, but I wasn't sure how I wanted to configure it. One of their reps reached out to me to talk about the options. He was friendly and knowledgeable and helped me nail down a solid configuration. He even offered to extend their sale prices, before he realized they ended that day instead of the previous day. Delivery was tricky, as the freight company had trouble offloading the pallet with the long uprights. Some boxes were damaged, but everything was so well packed that nothing made it through to the contents. Paper instructions were a little lacking, but online videos made up for those. I wondered if the Kraken design that gives it a 1:1 pulley ratio was going to be gimmicky, but it has turned out to be genuinely useful for my workouts. I expect to get many years of great workouts with this gear.

Good customer service

We purchased a functional trainer from this company over a month ago. It should be called a DYSFUNCTIONAL trainer. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. There was a long list of missing parts. The parts came 10 days later and some of the replacement parts were STILL wrong. We got the replacement replacement parts today, and they were literally just random parts that had nothing to do with our order. We are left with a non-functional trainer that cost us a lot of money.

I cannot recommend this company. Warehouse mix-ups, customer service on vacation, unreadable labels leading to lost/delayed packages. It seems they are overwhelmed… three weeks and I have yet to receive my items and their warehouse is 4 hours away!
