The plant was delivered on time. The delivery company texted a 2-hour window meaning I didn't have to way all day for the delivery.
The plant was perfectly wrapped and arrived in perfect condition.
I only removed the outer packaging and kept the bottom, secure, cardboard packaging to transport to its final destination.
The plant was easy to choose on the website and looks exactly as per the photo.
My green-fingered relative was delighted with the present.
Thank you Bellr for such a stress-free customer experience so close to Christmas.

Plant arrived 5 days after I had ordered which was fine as luckily was just for a moving in present. On arrival it had a few brown edges on the leaf which I noticed on the photo the recipient had sent me, after one week the majority of the flower heads and leaves had turned brown. Googled the care guide for the plant as didn’t come with one but doesn’t seem to be improving. Possibly a bad batch.

Asking for a review and no sign of my product being dispatched is downright cheeky and disappointing

Ordered on line. Delivered a couple of days later. Very well packaged, very healthy plant at a very good price. Looks great and would definitely use Bellr again

Normally excellent. This time the plant was a little bit brown/yellow on a couple of leaves.

Couldn’t recommend Bellr more for getting the best house plants delivered to your door, quickly.

Outstanding quality and delivery. Plants are perfectly packaged to prevent damage. Have ordered a few times and have been hugely impressed.

Quality of the plant was good, but a stem was broken, I had to fix it with a stick and tie it with a rope. :(
