Really appreciate Liberty, Molly and the entire team at Bell financial services for their outstanding assistance in getting a mortgage for my partner and me. Without them, we may not get our dream home so quick.

This is my second time seeking assistance from them, and once again, they exceeded our expectations. Despite facing a challenging situation with a super low deposit and not being first-time buyers, Liberty diligently worked to find viable solutions for us. We didn't expect everything to go so smooth at the beginning.

Their expertise in navigating the market was evident as they managed to secure a mortgage in principle for us, and later got us almost the best deal available basing on our situation.

Moreover, I greatly appreciated the proactive approach Liberty and Molly took in ensuring we remained updated throughout the process. The creation of a group chat for updates and assistance in coordinating with our solicitor streamlined the entire experience and alleviated much of the stress associated with such transactions.

They work extremely efficient, within one week submitting everything for us, two weeks getting a mortgage offer, which was high beyond our expectation. All the issues are communicated and addressed in short time.

Overall, I cannot thank them enough for their invaluable assistance. I've recommended them to my friends who are looking to buy a house and highly recommend their services to anyone seeking mortgage solutions.

I can't recommend this company enough; Liberty Rowe and Molly Walsh were without question the most professional people we dealt with in our house purchase process. Liberty took the time to (very patiently!) explain all the ins and outs of the UK property and mortgage world as we were new to the country.
