Overpriced, not well kept and 2 separate apartments
Glenelg 2 bedroom apartment. It’s actually two different apartments. Not great with kids in an entirely separate apartment with a separate key.
Also one of the rooms wasnt even ready upon checkin and the cleaner had not even been. Hours went by, access was finally given at 7pm and zero compensation was provided.
Nightclub downstairs is super loud in the rooms so much so they have ear plugs in the night stands. Cobwebs and dirty outdoor area and bathrooms with mould build up. Couches with tears in fabric. Not what we expected for the price we paid at all. Very disappointed. However the location was great, walking distance to everything at Glenelg. Would I stay here again? Not unless it was 1/4 the price.

The two apartments are adjoining apartments and we do clearly note this on Booking.com, however we understand how this detail could have been missed at the time of booking. On OTA's such as Booking.com, they have limitations around how property descriptions are displayed, which can make it challenging to communicate certain layout details as clearly as we would like.
We will also be following up with our cleaning team to understand what caused the delay in access, as this is not the standard we expect and should not have occurred. In addition, the cleanliness and maintenance concerns you raised, including the outdoor areas, mould, cobwebs and furniture condition, are certainly not acceptable and have been addressed with our housekeeping team, maintenance teams and the property owner for immediate review and follow-up.
Regarding the noise, we completely understand how this impacted your stay. As the property is in a central location, some level of external noise is unfortunately outside of our control. We do, however, ensure this is noted in the listing information so guests are aware ahead of time.
We do appreciate your positive comments regarding the location and convenience of the property, however we are genuinely sorry that the overall experience left you disappointed.

Loved relaxing in the spa and sauna ; sea and beach veiws amazing from 11th floor balcony. underground car park opposite lift to apartment was very convenient.
Everything we needed was provided , and more , for a comfortable and most enjoyable holiday; didn't want to leave; we'll be back.

The room was beautiful and as per description. However initially we were not advised on the bond amount on any of our confirmations until the morning of our booking. This would have played a huge role in picking this property.

The accommodation was dirty
The accommodation was dirty, the AC did not work, there was no cups or mugs and very limited cutlery. I have advised Booking.Com that if they continue to advertise this property, I will delete their APP and never use them again.

The house in Leura (Clanalpine retreat)…
The house in Leura (Clanalpine retreat) was beautifully appointed with lots of room for our large family group who were coming and going either running or supporting runners in the Ultra Trail festival. There was a cot and high chair for our youngest family member (aged 2) and two cosy sitting areas. Unfortunately, the weather was too wet to enjoy the extensive garden and outdoor areas but they would be a real plus in fie weather. Belle Escapes couldn't have been more helpful in booking our stay and we will certainly be looking for accomodation with them next year for the Ultra Trail.

Absolutely fabulous place to stay , right on the beach , handy to cafes restaurants , tram buses, everything you could possibly want in the apartment , so clean beach views, could find nothing to fault, would stay again in a heartbeat and not expensive

Disliked: Property was incorrectly advertised as having 3 beds but only 2 beds - this was the basis of booking the property. The Property itself was unkempt. Broken furniture, carpet fraying.

Perfect location everything walking…
Perfect location everything walking distance. Spectacular view and great communication front the staff. Easily catch a train to CBD Adelaide and the zoo. Great drive around the coast with Big Duck Tours sighting seals and dolphins. Highly recommend this accommodation.

It had all the amenities we needed.
