I love the products. Got great comments from wearing the different bottles.

Great smell and long lasting and very noticeable by others

Had an issue with a faulty pump but sent out a replacement. The perfumes are incredible. I’m frequently stopped when I’m wearing them and people asking what fragrance it is. They last all day and night. Great product

Bellavita is absolutely brilliant stuff. I tell you no lies. I have virtually had 4 women come up to me and asked what I am wearing and told me I smell gorgeous. You might think this is a wind up, but no, it's true. This stuff actually works, especially if you're single, it's really good stuff. I recommend the CEO & goat man best. I've ordered from bellavita 4 times now. Over the last year ¹½ years, however, I also recommend do not buy this stuff from TikTok. It's fake, always buy directly from the bellavita website to guarantee quality. Don't settle for fakes, just because it's in popularity. Or it looks cheaper. This is to get you to buy it, buy quality, not fake.

The downfall about bellavita is that they use the cheap carrier service EVRI and they don't seem to give a dam where they deliver it. They just dump it and go, which is not a good thing. When you live in flats, other people can just help themselves EVRI will not come to your flat door or even bother going up the stairs. That's the bad thing. That's the reason for my minus Star

NOTE @ Bellavita, you need to get a better delivery service like Royal Mail.

Best money can buy love everything I get

I can honestly say since using these cologne scented body butters I've hardly used my own aftershave I'm a huge fan n will continue buying and supporting these company

I was sceptical about purchasing the 4 x small bottles of aftershave from here as id not heard of them. But they arrived super fast and all 4 smell great. I even get good complements on the smell.

Delivery was all but the smell of both items I bought was amazing.
I bought G.O.A.T abd CEO MAN and to be honest I wear both at the same time.
I have to be honest no one has come and asked me what I’m wearing and I’ve not noticed and underwear dropping from the ladies but the colone is great.
Will definitely be buying again, and can’t forget to mention it was at a great price too.

The price of the items and the smells.

@BellaVitaLuxury won't help you with faulty products if you don't report an issue within 24–48 hours of receiving it!

For an item bought as a gift, demanding that a customer inspect and report a defect within 48 hours of delivery is completely unrealistic and unreasonable.

I spent £121 with them, and the sprayer nozzle on a 15ml bottle arrived completely broken and unusable. I did email them right away with video proof as soon as the gift was opened, but they failed to reply. Despite me providing timestamped copies of my original email, they refuse to take responsibility and hide behind their strict 48-hour policy.

It has taken a chain of 5+ back-and-forth emails from their support team just to repeatedly refuse a simple replacement or gesture of goodwill over a tiny 15ml bottle. They are quick to send prompt emails saying "no", but have zero care for customer satisfaction or standing by their product quality.

It is such a shame, as their fragrances are amazing! But this appalling customer service means I won't be buying again.

UPDATE (20 October 2026): In response to BellaVita Luxury’s public comment claiming their team "will reach out directly to review the matter and work towards a resolution"—what an absolute lie.

They have NOT reached out to me whatsoever. This performative public reply is precisely why I felt compelled to post a review here in the first place! It is a shameless PR stunt designed to make themselves look caring and responsive to the public while doing absolutely nothing behind the scenes.

To pretend to fix the issue publicly while continuing to ignore me directly is pure deception. Utterly disgraceful behaviour from a brand that claims to be luxury.

Amazing product, delivery service was on point, packaging was perfect, finally the products are fantastic , they smell Amazing and different people have been given me lovely and sweet compliments.
