Stepping up to the Mark

I had a few hiccups,shall we say,with orders and delivery,the latter,of course,is the Couriers responsibility,but Bellavita have been so kind, understanding and have stepped up to the Mark with excellent customer service.
Even reshipping a repeat order free of charge,constant communication is the Key,and I want to thank them for taking care of me 👍

Awful customer service

Awful customer service.

Ordered 2 bottles of perfume. Item was left abandoned on my doorstep in full view of everyone and subsequently stolen. Sent numerous emails to their customer service who aren’t assisting and stating no refund possible. However, I am completely covered under the consumer tight act 2015 where I haven’t received the item or it being left in a nominated safe place. As a result BellaVita Luxury are responsible in providing a fu and immediate refund.
I shouldn’t have to jump through hoops to get this.
Look after your customers and do better.

Love all the products so far

Love all the products so far, minor irritations such as duplicate messages regarding orders, though as I say products are great. Loved by me partner and friends alike

shockingly bad customer service…

shockingly bad customer service appalling communication - I have to this day still NOT received the item I paid for .
They use Evri for delivery so another factor to consider
we all know how bad they are !

Disgusting Customer service
Avoid these people at all costs

Very easy to order .

Very easy to order .. I ordered the white Bellavita. At first I wasn’t sure… everybody kept saying what a beautiful perfume.. I kept thinking it smelled like a man’s cologne.. now I love it. Will be odering again.

I bought the White Oud and the Honey…

I bought the White Oud and the Honey Oud set.
I wear the Honey Oud most of the time and I get compliments all the time when I wear it.
I’ve had lots of people ask me what it is too.
It’s lovely to wear.
