What a Fantastic Team

The Communication throughout the Process was Fantastic, i couldn't have asked for anything more.

The Team was extremely Polite

Very clear information throughout the process. Prompt responses to all queries & a very personal service - the same person throughout, not a different person every time you ring like other companies. Sadie was absolutely fantastic!

The team that managed my case were amazing. From start to finish they were friendly, professional and put me at ease from the get go. Once a lender had been established, the team got to work asap and was amazing. They even contacted me later on to say they had founder a cheaper lender and saved me some money on the repayments. If I had any questions, the team were always willing to help and they made me feel no question was a stupid question. I would definitely recommend this team to anyone because they literally were outstanding. Thank you Grace and Sophie for a truly easy process, you're an absolute credit to your company.

Sophie was efficient and a pleasure to deal with. Thanks!

Very helpful and professional. Guided through whole process with regular updates.

I was helped throughout the whole process by Sadie. I never felt unsure where I was in the process and was able to make contact straight away if needed.

After years of bad credit history including missed payments, payday loans etc., I was stuck in a viscous circle of high cost, high interest monthly payments and struggled to get any debt consolidation products. Believe managed to get me a loan/mortgage product allowing me to pay off all my existing high cost debts and consolidate them into one AFFORDABLE monthly payment. Sadie was my case manager and she was great - completed everything quickly, provided frequent updates and made the whole thing much easier. Ben (advisor) was also great throughout and gave some really good advice to me in the initial stages of the loan process. Thanks to both of you, I can finally breathe again!

The efforts of Jonathan, Zach, and all the team there to achieve a positive, fruitful outcome. I hope you all go forward to bigger, better things, and you all enjoy a positive future, helping others along the way

Ben and Zack were amazing. Responsive, proactive, and helpful. So good that I'd specifically request to deal with them again. I haven't experienced this level of customer service in a long time. There were some unique things to navigate, and they knocked it out of the park. Really well done. I hadn't heard of Believe Specialist Finance before, but I'm honestly blown away. A+++.

Excellent Professional Service, matched us with a superb lender. Highly Recommend 5*

I Highly Recommend Believe Finance. From the very start, on my initial query about applying for a loan, the representatives I dealt with were all very helpful, knowledgeable and attentive.
The professionalism of the company as a whole, the customer service staff, my case manager, and the loan company they matched to my financial situation made the process easy.

They kept me informed at every step. They made the whole process easy to follow. If I had any questions, they were answered promptly. All paperwork was sent with easy to follow instructions.
