I have been a panel member for a long time now, and up until lately, I was able to rely on them for payouts. They owe me 107.06, and I have contacted them repeatedly; no reply after five or more attempts. I am pissed! They wasted my time, and in the future I will work with other panels if this is not corrected.

30 minutes for $2.50 — Survey #163, and no reward

I spent approximately 30 minutes completing Survey #163, which offered a $2.50 reward. I completed the survey, but I never received the promised reward.

I contacted beForthright customer service about it and received no response. I have also seen other complaints about missing payments and unresponsive customer service, including complaints filed with the BBB. Unfortunately, my own experience has now matched those complaints. Customer service neither replies to participant complaints or the BBB.

What makes this especially frustrating is that while $2.50 isn't a large amount, 30 minutes of my time is. I completed the survey in good faith and expected the advertised reward. Instead, I have had to chase the company just to get what I was promised.

I used to have a much better impression of beForthright, but the service seems to have gotten worse. When a company doesn't pay for completed work and then doesn't respond to customer inquiries, it becomes very difficult to trust the platform.

In the beginning it was great. But now I get zero studies and zero emails. No idea what happened. I emailed support and no response.

I tried verifying my phone number via call MULTIPLE times,but their stupid bot never detected me picking up. Ever heard of text verification? Don't waste your time with this "Company."

Im owed over a hundred dollars by Forthright and have been for months now for completing a 5+ hour interview with A.I. and the "optional" but really is mandatory 1+ hour long survey 2 weeks later. They don't even reply to me anymore. It's clear they no longer care about their customers. Don't waste ur time like me; I did this same survey 2 yrs ago and was paid after each part immediately. Now they dont even answer emails .i even emailed the company i did the survey with they dont answer what scam

I used to get surveys all the time and haven’t gotten any in months also nobody ever answers my emails.

This is by far my favorite survey company and they always come through when you cash out.

Absolutely the best survey platform out there I mean who else pays you just for being loyal who else regularly gives you bonuses for staying loyal I mean it's it's amazing I've think that if anybody is wasting their time hitting platform to platform and getting nowhere you definitely haven't stopped here you guys have got to give it a try I'm not even joking you I can show you proof of how much money I've made and a quarter of it's in bonuses thank you so much

I normally have a good experience with the site. Most surveys are at least interesting, with decent payout. Disqualification credits are nice (Occasionally, however,I get frustrated when I’m disqualified from a survey after spending 15 minutes on it..)

They typically been good with payouts. I found myself in this situation where they claim they sent out the money, but I haven’t received it in my PayPal account. This has never happened in the four or five years I’ve used this website. However, I’ve noticed a lot of people commenting have stated the same thing, especially recently.

When I contacted customer support twice to ask if they could look into it, they simply replied: “Please check as all redeemed rewards have been sent.”

That’s not customer service! I still don’t have my payout. It’s literally never made it in to my Pay Pal account. Then I came here, and I see multiple people complaining about the same thing! All in the last month or two. No one at the company seems to care about this or to think it’s a serious issue so I figured I’d post something here. It’s not a ton of money, but I certainly spent a lot of time earning it. Ugh

I'm getting extremely tired of them, they were alright at the start, the surveys aren't constant but the 1-2 dollar usually pay was good, and the loyalty credit. But recently, everytime I try to cash out, it never gets actually sent out, and then I have to contact support, they say it was some issue, then release the money blah blah blah, well I really needed the money today and I cashed out THREE DAYS AGO; i have emailed multiple times with no response, this is ridiculous, also I haven't been able to complete any partner surveys for the last 3 years, and all my emails about it are just promptly ignored. I'm really considering being through with this company

This website used to be extremely good for taking surveys and while they send you surveys that match your profile they cannot cash out on time to save their lives. You should never have to wait on your money after you cash it out finally. Big thumbs down for this bullshit.

They don’t pay no more and a send you a reply saying it can take up to 14 days to be paid what kind of scam they doing I personally think the company going broke and using people time now cause they used pay instant now I’m waiting on 3 different deposits

I cashed out yesterday for $13 and I didn't receive my money. I emailed customer service and I didn't receive any response.

I redeemed a small amount on July 16 through paypal and as of today it still hasn't gone through. Even though it says "delivered" on my history. The paypal method has to be fixed guys...

Be waiting month and a half after promises of extra 5.00 on early June and 2.weeks ago have a promise of 2 to 3 days. And now..no emails back ..emailed 16.times one day and still no 5.00! Customer service is none existent and they also try to say PayPal is out for a week every 6 months but they sure send it when you tell them your partner got theirs when they lied to you! These people are worse than ever! sswise

Surveys dried up for 2 months very inexplicably and suddenly. Fine, I'm not entitled to get surveys. But I am entitled to get a modicum of help, so I messaged their support email (both directly and through the website) to ask if my account was in good standing and if there was a technical issue. No reply. No replies to weekly follow-up requests for answers. No acknowledgment of any kind other than an automated email asking me to verify email. Finally, sent a message requesting to terminate my account and most importantly my personal data, as is my right according to their own policy. Again, zero acknowledgment. Rude, incompetent, ridiculous behavior. At least I have Prolific, which actually pays well.

This USED to be a decent survey panel. Well, that has gone out the window. They seem to have hatched a new scheme to take advantage of members time in lieu of paying them for it. In March, I signed up for a month long daily diary study that promised a "bonus" well north of $100 for spending the time on it. The only caveat was you had to complete at least 50% of the daily invites. To add to the complexity, each invite was only live for one hour from the time it was sent. To add to that complexity, the invites came at all random times and never the same....some early in the morning, some late in the evening, and various random times thru out the day. You literally had to babysit your inbox all day every day to have any chance of completing them. Almost as if they were trying to make it virtually impossible to meet the stated goal. Unhindered, I religiously monitored my daily inbox to complete as many as humanly possible and after a long stressful month, managed to complete 84% of them while missing out on the other 16%. This required many hours of effort once the month was tallied up. One month passed, and no word on my hard earned reward. I contact their customer service and am issued a curt reply several days later saying the payments run 3 to 4 weeks behind as they "validate the responses" So..OK...I wait three more weeks and then contact them again.....crickets....no reply at all. I contact them again a third time and I get sent the following: "My apologies! Our records indicate that you didn't finish enough surveys. The minimum is to finish 50% of the surveys provided." Nice SCAM forthright. You glean hours of my valuable time for an entire month then simply say "sorry, you did not qualify for the bonus" Makes me wonder how many folks they took advantage of with this same SCAM. They call it a "bonus" so they can say there was never a dollar amount promised.....just a random reference to "a bonus of well over $100 if you somehow manage to complete them all, with 50% needed to qualify for a payment. I should have known better. Vague from the beginning, the deck stacked against you to try and complete them the entire month. Then crickets for weeks after the activity concluded. They NEVER had any intention of honoring this. Period. The way it was set up, I have no way to prove my participation either. Just the daily email invites I saved which in themselves prove nothing. They knew this when they set it up that way. Bottom line is they scammed hours of my time over an entire month with no intention of ever paying for that time.

Have been trying to contact Forthright for days. I participated in the Gen Agents Study and have not been credited with $60 they promised. I will wait a little longer as they are usually reliable about payments. The $60 was credited to my account today. Honest company

They owe me 2 payouts as of yesterday. I think by becoming scammers now.
