If will be possible will be a zero stars , no chance to contact them, waiting for my order and was two more expensive and one cheap , i spotted now they refund me back thus cheap one . Stay away from this company-

Something should be done to sop this company from trading. I placed an order, they took my money, but never confirmed the order, which was never sent. Avoid at all cost!!!

Ordered 3 perfumes on 25/07/2026 no dispatch email or tracking information for days,chased it up via email and through their website….nothing,communication is non existent.
I receive a notification from shop app saying one of the perfumes I ordered will not be sent and a refund has been issued,I still haven’t received this refund and have had to open a dispute with my bank.
Companies like this need to majorly work on customer service skills and business skills in general to be honest,now I have to chase a refund I’m owed while this company is sat taking peoples money and not responding to emails.AVOID!!

Very disappointing experience. I ordered a perfume from Bevora, but I have not received any order confirmation, dispatch information, or other communication by email.

I have tried contacting them multiple times by phone, email, and live chat. Whenever I provide my order number, I am told that the order number is incorrect, despite it being the number provided to me. My phone calls and emails are also not being answered.

At this point, I have no clear information about the status of my order or whether I will receive it at all. The lack of communication and the way my order number is being rejected have left me seriously concerned about the legitimacy of the company.

I would strongly advise anyone considering ordering from Bevora to be very cautious and to research the company thoroughly before making a payment.

I’ll be honest I saw a TikTok about a specific perfume which had pretty much sold out everywhere & so I placed my order with Beevora before reading other people’s reviews because I was in a rush. I must admit I was so scared I was being scammed as I had no updates for well over a week. Almost 2 weeks after ordering it finally arrived today, well packaged and the perfume smells amazing!

I am still awaiting them to reply to my messages and email to refund my money for my order that they unable to fulfill. I would give them no stars fraud

!!! AVOID THIS COMPANY. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DON'T SEND ANY PRODUCTS. SAME OWNERS AS OLIVIO. AVOID!!!

Avoid! Sent them a WA, Insta, Email, phone call and all have been ignored. Received a freshie scent that smells like a cess pit, on a hot day. Not the real product, I know this as I have smelt the real one!

Order 3 rayhaan perfumes 8 days later multiple emails, WhatsApp messages ,NO RESPONSE i even try to call them, but surprise, surprise number doesn't exist.

After 12 days my parcel arrived all 3 of rayhaan I order, but lack of communication no updates why it took so long its a mystery, people that stand behind this shop are name as fouders of 4 more online shops that are selling arabian frags

I ordered 2 Rayhaan perfumes, 1 of them was the wrong fragrance, which i already owned. I tried getting in contact every way possible, ringing, emailing and on live chat. Nobody would respond to me. I am now stuck with a fragrance that I already own! Absolutely shocking customer service! If I could give no stars I would. Will never order from them again!

Ordered item 2 weeks ago, no sign of it being posted and emailed 3 times with no response.

They are absolute scammers and are selling fake counterfeit products. They neither reply to emails, nor they pickup phone calls. The only place they respond in on their Instagram page, but that's their marketing/advertisement representative, and can't really help with your order. The authenticity of their products is highly questionable and their customer support is terrible. Do not fall for their Google ad campaign and avoid this scam website.

Sent me a used return product after selling it in their website as new.
Orginal seal was missing, ripped off and removed, perfume had already been pumped and primed. Packaging had been re sealed poorly. Contacted customer service via email, WhatsApp and requests for help on thier active Instagram. Totally ignored. Left me on read.

I paid for an item... waited longer than their advertised 2 days for shipping. Sent several emails no reply, called numerous times to be finally met with a we cant ship this yet we have been told by the supply not to, when I asked by they allow people to buy it if they cant ship... no response. Was promised a refund.
24 hours later, low and behold they are not answering calls or emails and no refund.
ABSOLOUTE SCAMMERS...... AVOID AT ALL COSTS
