Cannot fault the company. Glass in beer presentation set broken, rang the company, new glass dispatched that day and arrived following day.

Great selection, quick delivery

Shame about DHL
One bottle broken in transit and I’ve been told I’ll get refund. They chased up DHL when delivery was late and kept me updated so fair play for that… beer was class we loved it and will order more provided we get promised refund 👍

There was a breakage in my delivery that was spotted by the delivery company. After a quick correspondence with Zak at BeerRitz the courier redelivered what was undamaged in clean and well packed condition. Only one bottle of cider had been damaged. Zak credited my account straight away. It’s how a company handles a problem that tells you the type of business you are dealing with, hence the 5 stars. Thank you.
