We're sorry about this David, I did explain on email when I offered you a suitable replacement or a full refund (and then some extra beers on top!) that because we're in the process of going through liquidation there has been slight stock issues as we get to the very end of stock since there's no new production coming through. It's an inconvenience for you and I'm sorry, it's crazy times here as we battle through losing our business and dealing with emails such as yours demanding that we "had better be at the brewery" for the pickup.
Hope you feel better at sticking in a low star review and it makes your life a little more complete.

Quality, good keeping beer with a bonus
The 9 pint box was ready for collection at the booked time and I was given a Christmas bonus bottle of the platinum celebration brew. The boxed beer kept well while I drunk it over 4 days.
