I order a wardrobe over a week ago…
I order a wardrobe over a week ago first I was told it would be delivered on the Wednesday.. didn’t arrive.. then I was told on the Thursday…didn’t arrive..then on the Friday..didn’t arrive I received a message from the delivery driver stating that the van had broken down however when I rang he claimed a different story that the furniture had broken! Whilst being very rude on the phone. The professionalism is LUDICROUS when trying to get in contact with the company you cannot get through there is no communication whatsoever resulting in me cancelling the order to go else where

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re truly sorry to hear about the inconvenience you’ve faced, and we completely understand your frustration.
Please allow us to clarify that we use third-party courier companies for deliveries, and your order was dispatched from our London warehouse. In cases where an unexpected issue occurs—such as a vehicle breakdown—the courier company’s policy is to reschedule the delivery for the next available slot. Unfortunately, this process can sometimes cause delays beyond our direct control, and we sincerely apologize for how it was handled in your case.
We are especially disappointed to hear about the inconsistent communication and the way your call was handled. This is not reflective of the standards we expect from our partners or our own customer service. Your feedback has been taken seriously, and we are following up to ensure this doesn’t happen again.
We understand your decision to cancel the order and regret losing your business. Should you decide to give us another chance in the future, we would be grateful for the opportunity to serve you properly.
Kind regards,
Customer Support Team

Unprofessionals-not recommend
They came from the company and installed the wardrobe. As soon as they left, I noticed that they hadn't screwed in the door handle. I immediately called them and politely asked them to come back and fix it—especially since they had just left.
The result? I've been messaging them, asking when they will come to fix it, only for them to keep mocking me, saying, "We'll be there soon, in a little while," over and over again. The reality is that I've been waiting for them for a month now.
I also have written messages proving what I'm saying—that they've been deceiving me for a long time, pretending they’ll come to fix it and giving me fake appointments. As soon as they got paid, they disappeared.
