Ordered a bed last week I've had no confirmation , they have taken the money from my account
Tried calling but it keeps cutting off I've also emailed but no response so not sure if they are genuine and when or if the bed will be arriving??

Bought some memory foam toppers to make our caravan beds more comfortable. Have made a world of difference, money will spent!

Would gladly recommend Beds.net for their product choice, ease of ordering and swift delivery. No frustrations during our searching, ordering and receipt of product, unlike our recent experiences of other websites.

Same people as Beds sale and durest.co.uk any good reviews here must be made by customers under promise of free goods.

After not getting any order confirmation, receipt or invoice eventually a parcel arrived with a poor resemblance of what I'd ordered. A 7cm thick memory foam mattress topper with cover. What I received was a 2cm and a 5cm layers stuck together without cover. Also a folded, awfully stitched material that looks like packaging cellulose which must have been intended as cover. I had to search and investigate for a return address as there was none provided. Eventually, they confirmed their return address is Durest Beds, Virgina Mills, Pillared Lane, Dewsbury, WF128NP (sharing in case anyone else is looking for it). I've just posted my parcel back with Hermes recorded delivery for as little as £6. I have been promised a refund. I'll update if I get it.

I ordered 2 x 2.6" memory foam mattress toppers with covers & asked for them to be delivered when I returned from holiday. 1). They were delivered to a neighbour while I was away. 2). The toppers are different sizes.
3). There are no covers. I have emailed Beds.net but so far have not received a reply. I tried phoning today but the call just keeps cutting off. After placing my order I immediately received an email asking me to give 5 star rating to receive some memory foam pillows. I'm so glad I didnt do this

I needed a mattress topper for a folding bed having just a replacement knee operation. Delivery spot on. Very comfortable. Met all requirements. Would reccomend. Geoff.

I ordered a matress topper from beds.net which came very promptly..and boxed it expanded to full capacity in only a few hours..so we were able to sleep on it that night...I can honestly say ifs the best nights sleep I had in a long time..as it was like sleeping on a cloud...itcwas the cool blue..4inch topper and I'm very happy with the topper..and also the company..beds.net...1st class service..*****

Beds.Net delivered a mattress topper in 3 days.
No problems at all.
Something that Amazon tried to do and failed 2 times with hours spent trying to rectify.

I will update this review if I get a positive response but as of now I don't know what is going on. I placed an order and Klarna have confirmed it went through. Their phone, email and live chat don't work. The payment page took me back through to the homepage without confirmation and I've had no emails from them the bed is supposed to be here between Wednesday and Friday but I have no clue what is going on.

My order was delivered on time and is high quality and helps sleep great

Bought a 3 inch deep memory foam topper to go in my campervan. Does the job a treat. It's thicker and a fraction of the cost of what's on offer from the company that appeared on Dragons Den. I can still roll it up when not in use which is a bonus.
Delivery was quick and straightforward. It does take a good few hours to regain it's shape after unpacking.
I ordered the cover for it too which is very stiff at 1st but softened a bit after washing, hopefully it will keep improving the more it's washed.
Overall very happy with my purchase

Reassured by recent positive reviews on trustpilot, I gave beds.net the benefit of doubt and ordered a mattress topper. I wish I hadn't. The item that arrived was poor quality and bore no resemblance to the picture on the website. A generic email offered me a free set of memory foam pillows were I to leave a 5* review here. Shame on all those who have accepted this bribe and misled others like me, and sympathy to all those in genuine reviews who have been missold, and the obstacles they have encountered seeking a refund. Never again.

As a 66 year old with back problems was looking for right memory foam topper. I asked several questions by email and Danielle was very helpful with no pressure. I even called her when about to buy - She was great. The prices are UNBELIEVABLE ( 50% less than others) . I opted for a 2 inch small double Cool Blue Memory foam topper. It arrived a day early and is currently expanding to its full size( as vac packed) and is looking very good - it feels firm yet moulds to my hand and feels cool . I'm delighted Will put on bed tomorrow.
I expected some catch : but none - its a great product, great Customer Service and Absolutely Fantastic price. I really recommend Beds.Net - Note I am a very very fussy Buyer and dont say this glibly!!
