Very helpful and reassuring
I dealt with Jodie Done after struggling for years to try and clear my debt.
She was very understanding, reassuring and honest with me. Talked me through all the options clearly and lead to me selecting an option that is best for me.

Great company
I contacted Be Debt Free, and Dale, the advisor, was extremely understanding and professional. He explained everything clearly and thoroughly, without any judgment. He was supportive, knowledgeable, and ensured that the entire process was easy to understand.
Taking the first step and acknowledging debt can be both difficult and overwhelming, but I am very pleased that I did so. Dale was compassionate and respectful, and he made me feel comfortable and supported throughout the entire process.

I spoke to Rebecca Hayes about my situation and how I got an overdraft for a growing family. My overdraft was in repayment when thr creditor started demanding too much for monthly repayments. Rebecca was brilliant going through all thr options I had and ensured there was no judgement or anything to feel ashamed of. I feel such a relief now knowing I can pay all my debts off in one affordable payment and just concentrate on enjoying my time with my family

Jodie Done is a credit to the company. Professional, patient and courteous she step by step took me through my options.
