Bad quality rug

The rug i received was of really bad quality, I returned it and was promised a full refund, im still waiting for this, over 2 weeks later, even though it was supposed to be paid into my account within 2-4 days, never heard back from them in 6 weeks, then they reply to my review wanting my order number which I have already provided them through my numerous emails, this is now being dealt with by my bank!

I have to say I’m impressed with this…

I have to say I’m impressed with this company. The rug I purchased was a lot cheaper than on other sites with free speedy delivery and even came with a free anti slip mat. I did have a query about the colour of the rug that was online and what actually arrived but to be honest I’m loving what I received, colours are amazing. Great customer service will definitely use again, thanks guys, really worth a good review. Kate

Excellent quality rug, delivery and service

Recently bought a large rug for the lounge, arrived within 4 days, was packaged extremely well, tracking of delivery was easy and efficient. Excellent rug, colour and quality exactly as described. Very pleased with my beautiful rug and service from beddingmill, would definitely recommend and use them again.

Shabby Sevice

Ordered a noble house rug in November on line paid then told wasn’t available till February 15th sent a email to the this late January as had no correspondence or up dates they did reply saying it will be in stock on 15th Febuary still had no response from this company I will be reporting this company to the consumer protection on the sale of goods act all I wanted was my goods what I entered a contract with

Terrible Service

Placed my order on 28th November for a Rug (Portland Runner 3337A, order # BM000008770) showed 7 in stock & delivery time 2-4 days, perfect as this was a gift for a close friend who’s special day was on 7th Dec. I swiftly received an email confirming my order had been received and would be dispatched soon with an update.
Fast forward to Monday the 2nd Dec and still no update, so I emailed customer services to request one. Later that day I received a reply and they assured me my order was with the courier team and would be with me by the end of the week.
Come late Friday on the 6th December I had still not received my runner, so dashed off an email to ask where it was ? Needless to say my good friend never got their gift on their special day.
I have still had no reply from them about my order or where it is. I am very disappointed with the whole experience and I strongly advise others to shop elsewhere.
I will update this when I receive a reply, my rug or a full refund!

UPDATE
Sent another email this afternoon 9th Dec highlighting my dissatisfaction about my order and that I have left feedback on trustpilot! Still nothing back from them! But alas I get an email from APC direct at 18:18 this evening that my order will be delivered tomorrow. Shame customer services weren't able to update me and apologise for all the hassle I have had. It's certainly the last time I will buy from them. Hopefully the rug will turn up tomorrow and be as described. Update to follow.

customer service is a joke, there all ignorant

customer service is a joke,
sent wrong lino, wrong colour, wrong type,
send them email with pictures and reply is, thats right colour and item, even though it says on the roll its not what i ordered, i ordered the green lino. thank god for paypal.
returned to them on 14th aug now 19th aug , no refund.
so called them, total retraining needed,
they didn't know it was returned because there warehouse hadn't told them,
try using the tracking number you gave me, it says its been returned.
reported to trading standerds .
Reply blames the supplier . Can't even take the blame for there own mistakes.
It was bedding mill who sent wrong vinyl. It was bedding mill who insisted it was the right one , even though I had supplied pictures of the vinyl supplied.
It was beddingmills customer service , who made the whole experience horrible and unprofessional. Not the supplier .
Bedding mill messed up and has the cheek to pass the blame. Disgusting

Great company to deal with

Great company to deal with, I’ve bought the same vinyl flooring as I saw at a flooring specialist, but only paid £9/m2 instead of £25:99/m2 with a very reasonable delivery charge.

Do not buy

Unfortunately, the rug I bought was a very bad quality due to poor quality dye. The smell has not gone, and it has been over a year! More so, it gives me headaches. The trader refused to resolve the issue. I cannot recommend this company, or its rugs.

I cannot fault Beddingmill at all

I cannot fault Beddingmill at all. Found the vinyl I was after cheaper than anywhere else. Order was shipped super quick. Parcelforce were a little unreliable but that's not beddingmills fault. The vinyl arrived exactly as expected. Great quality. Easy to lay and I will now be ordering another for my kitchen too. So pleased I found these guys. Order: BM000007706
