I have been on a recurring month plan…

I have been on a recurring month plan that would cost me $29.99 out the door. The last 2 months have been more expensive and I have not changed anything on my end. I want reimbursement for the over payment and my account fixed from here on out. Otherwise I will cancel my subscription. The benefits do not outweigh the cost.

It's simple and easy to access

It's simple and easy to access. But there are two products listed but both seem to be the same product. Perhaps the difference needs to be made more obvious or if its the same one should be removed. It was confusing. Also I love that it tells you how many capsules but it should also say the dosage so that you know how long between orders.

I'm not happy about paying 5.00 for…

I'm not happy about paying 5.00 for shipping when it literally weighs LESS than a pound, a stamp would cover this!!!...I've never had to pay for shipping before except the last 2 shipments I'm about to cancel my subscription with you because of this

Everything went smooth until checkout

Everything went smooth until checkout. I have received 3 previous bottles Nov. Dec. Jan I believe...and didn't pay any sales tax 29.99 was the total. Question ... same address why is this 2.28 charge going to be on all my upcoming shipments?

Updating my recent review

Updating my recent review, my order was delivered to the wrong address and they fixed it almost immediately. A simple email, I didn’t have to call 3 different numbers or argue with a chat bot. And the product itself is solid. I only had previous tried the 30 day supply but it definitely was already helping with my perimenopause symptoms. Definitely will be keeping my subscription with them.
