I ordered leak repair cream in a spray can but went delivered they were completely wrong item it was in a plastic small container l cannot use that so you refund my money £54 or send the right cream in a spray can

By selling products they advertise not cheap garbage promise a refund or a partial refund then keep stalling .dreadful custermer service not wanting to resolve the issue which could have been resolved in a couple of emails,I would urge people not to buy any of there products and go to there local hardwear store,there nothing but scam company stay away from

Beware beware ,this is a scam site ,bought a battery washer, when it came ,was nothing like I ordered ,was in a cardboard box,not a case as advertised,only one battery ,not even the right battery, have tried their customer service 14 times no reply just a automated same reply every time ,so no help there ,so then contacted their offices at 128 city road ,London,ec1v2nx,if you want information from them you have to pay a fee ,so there is no contact,so I can kiss my £59.00 good bye, Wish I could lay my hands on them they would receive it back where the sun doesn’t shine so please people be ware you have been warned.also the exact product is coming up on another site on fbook under another name same product same advert same price ,so beware you have beenwarned

Ordered the spray gun +extra battery, came soon, but not what i expected. Came in cardboard box, supposed to be in a case. The transformer for charging the battery is a two pin round plus, came with 2 flat pun adapter. Can't use it. Send 3 emails and no response what so ever. Don't buy as you'll be stuck with your purchase.

They contacted me and appologised for the delay in sendi6my product which is a pressure spray gun which was cmver popular so hopefully it will arrive soon .Feb 2025.

Stole my money now the email address doesn’t even exist. Complete scam.

I don’t understand why people have left great reviews as this is the most disgusting service I’ve ever seen. I bought a birthday gift for my friend at the beginning of May, after a month of not receiving anything, I had contacted their customer service, fb, instagram you name it. My messages were seen and ignored, and their pages no longer exist. I am so shocked at how this can even be, had to contact my bank and a report is underway. Never buy from this site, (if it even is one) not worth the hassle people! Probably just a scam!!!

It has been over 5 weeks and product not received, money long gone.
Customer service not responding, e-mail and social media deleted. I can understand delays, but I can't understand ignoring customers.
I will be reporting this to my bank.

Never received my products a d they deleted their Instagram account and says email is doesn’t exist

Never received my items I had messaged and then they deleted the account I’m fuming hope they are prepared to get sued

I’ve tried to get hold of someone for weeks... The customer service I’ve received is terrible
I placed 2 separate orders at the very beginning of May and I have not received any information on the status of the orders or when I will be receiving them.
They also had a bad review left and automatically accused me.
If someone from your brand could message me, it will be appreciated

Absolutely disgusted to be honest!!!
Received my items, one was broken, it was an eyeshadow pallet. I asked if I could either get a new one and send the old one back or exchange for something of the same value, I’ve been completely ignored, I can’t get an email to them because apparently it no longer exists!!! This eyeshadow pallet wasn’t cheap, to be honest, even if it was, I’m still within my right to request an exchange for goodness sake!!!! It was also covered it dirty, greasy fingerprints, gloves should be worn really, at this moment in life especially, extra protection should be taken into consideration!! DO NOT buy from them!!!!

Disappointed. I ordered on 11/05/2020 and still waiting for my parcel. I contacted to customer service but unfortunately she said my order hasn’t been shipped.

Really impressed with the items I purchased. I needed a muted yet warm lipstick for a Christening, and was actually pleasantly surprised when the illustration matched the colour I received exactly (which is a first for me)!
I also ordered some liquid eyeshadows, wasn't quite sure how to use them at first but the company provide almost instant feedback and help on hand. The liquid eyeshadows blend super easily and once dried they don't budge for the whole day! Didn't even use an eye primer and no creases! Very happy.
